Weight has stalled a little these last 2 weeks, feeling a drop in calories this next check in! But I am feeling good about it. I’m looking leaner despite being the same weight as last check in. Noticed a lot more definition aswell. Happy with how things are going

Just a little back progress in the last 4 weeks. Looks like I only train traps 😆

even though I haven’t had a drop in weight, I’m feeling much leaner than last check in. Happy with how things are going, my sponsor is proving the good as always with his Reta doing the trick! Strength is still staying, with some lifts improving still. Absolutely smashing it my goals and couldn’t be happier

Had a juicy leg day today. Pumps were insane and legs are destroyed after it. Thought I’d follow it up with half hour of extra stairs.
