Hi ladies, my wife really supports me in everything i do, especially in the gym, doesnt complain about the supplements i take (and how much they cost lol) and she always goes out of her way to get me magazine like flex, or muscle developement..anyway i want to help her out get a training routine going...she like to work out, but is unsure how? she understand the mechanics, but she really wants to have a "womans" routine she can follow..does anyone know of any good routines..her work schedule keeps her pretty occupied so she would like to lift 3X a wk and do cardio 4-5 times a wk. She is way over 25%BF, she used to love Xenadrine (w/ephedra) but since its off the market, she doesnt know what she can take that is similar (she had great results w/Xenadrine, but we just had a baby 10 months ago and she wants to get back in shape) so if you ladies could help, i would appreciate it...time for me to support her in the gym!!

I would just work her out as you would yourself.

You could start her out with a really basic 3 day split:

Back
Bis

Chest
Tris
shoulders

Legs
calves

Then do abs and cardio on opposite days (3 days of cardio should be plently right now.)

Oh and one more thought, have her get her traininig and diet together first and when she hits a plateau then maybe, consider supplements.

I'll 5th that too!

As far as non-ephedrine thermogenics - I'm guessing if she took Xenedrine, she can handle the buzz? Some people can't & for me it always depended on which brand I took. There are some great options at AF store (https://www.anabolicfitness.net/shop/) - thermorexin, ("t-rex" if you want to search it here & get some testimomials) & leverex are popular.

How about a push/pull/legs routine?? If she wants only 3 lifting days, do pushing type exercises on 1 day, then pulls then legs on another day....

What is a "woman's routine"? Sorry, just teasing...There is no reason she cannot do the same lifting moves as you. She may, of course, want to start out with lighter weights if she hasn't been in the gym in a while....

Have her join here & post!! We can examine her diet/eating plan & guide her accordingly....
