Training for bulk

muscle size does not slow you down. that is a myth. if you maintain flexibility you won't have any problems.

just lift and dont worry about size. if you're think you're getting too big and its slowing you down, stop. otherwise just do it.
 
Didn't mean to sound sarcastic. You'd probably be surprised about how flexible BB's and PL's are though. I remember a picture of Flex Wheeler with his foot above his head on a wall while flexing his biceps. Anywho, you might have some luck on the sports forum.:)

I think you should post your current stats, lifts, etc. Then post your goals, numerically. Perhaps we could help you more.
 
I'm 15, 6', 155 lbs. I've been training only for about half a year now. I've never tried to see what my max bench is, but I estimate somewhere around 120, which isn't much.
 
If you ever see Thaibox on the boards, ask him about training for martial arts...From what I've read he's strong, muscular, and kicks ass. :)
