I got a group together from my gym to do a little competition at my garage setup gym and on my 3rd attempt I felt something tear in my chest area. after going to the doc and getting xrays he didn't see any bones broken but thinks it is a torn pec. the whole area is bruised and i can't even move my arms. I won't be able to work out my upper body for a while and I'm depressed. need some motivation here on what to do
