Took steroids by mistake!

I went on a trip with my husband and during the trip he mixed up his dianabol dbol pills with my sleep medication. 2 weeks later we find this out. So i have been using 10mg a day dbol for 2 weeks

And he has been sleeping hard lol
My question is did I harm Myself by doing this or will I be okay

you should stop all gear asap completely for 12 weeks
and do a lot of detox and cleanses
