Too much protein make you FAT???

str8cubano said:
bro..you want a nice way to get protein intake in your body without added calories and fat and carbs?...isopure...200 calories, 0 fat, 0 carbs. doens't taste all that bad..but if your not worried about calories, then honestly, there is a balance that nobody knows for sure when your body turns protein into fat, or when your body doesn't use all the protein it needs. BUt if your consenred with getting big, then its better to get all the protein your body needs, and loose some that it doesn't use, than to not give your body all the protein it needs....and lack potential gains...

then agian, i saw a pic of a huge mass monster who was ripped and had no fat, and his diet consisted of pastries, candy, and potatoe chips, pizza...and large doses of juice...but not everyone has those genetics.

ISOPURE--thats the only protein i use--i love it except for the craps it gives me---theres a place where i live that sells a huge jug at discount store for only $28--i remeber seeing it at Bally's for $50

.

It only takes 100 grams of protein to create a lb of muscle, people just over do the protein thing. Thanks mainly to the muscle mags.

You know, there is a lot of clueless shit that gets posted on nutrition here sometimes,(usually by NClifter) but, this one may just be the most ridiculous thing I've seen. So, all I have to do is eat my standard 250g protein/day, and I'll gain 2.5 lb muscle a day. lol. I have an idea, go do your 9th grade math homework, b/c not only is your number of grams WAY off, but, do you realize that only adds up to 400 calories. Do you know how many it takes to = a pound? I'm not going to tell you, you really need to do some research and stop spouting off things you heard Billy Bob at the YMCA saying.
