Yep. Tuna pounches/cans, but the pouches can get awfully expensive. Deli meat works well. Also, if you're at a good deli they should have pre-made grilled chicken breast. If you're not a cheap bastid, you could stock up on those

I remember the last time I took tuna to class with me...that is, UNFORTUNATELY remember because I much rather forget it. I've bought slices of turkey right before class before and eaten them in class. Ectomorph? Unsalted nuts and sunflower seeds would be ideal. Trail mix in general. Basically, find a really good deli that has a crapload of salads so that you'd find at least something that isn't drenched in mayo. Other than that, I know the walbaums around here has "no msg" deli meat.
Here are some cool ideas for when you have time to "cook"

:
trans fat free english muffins, tomato sauce/paste/herbs/spices/blahblayadda, part skim mozzarella - mini pizzas
canned tuna and/or salmon scrambled with boiled egg or just egg whites (however you prefer) and onion/celery - basically whatever you want to make tuna salad with, but use a variety of mustards to mix instead of mayo, put ground black pepper and a crapload of garlic powder/granulated garlic and stuff tablespoons of it in a few egg whites cut in half -- you've made devilled eggs
buy salad mix and made chix breast (or you can used canned fish) and throw some diff nuts in there..I personally use walnuts
If you like cheese, you might wanna try buying some deli meat and melting the cheese on top of the meat on your sandwich (opened faced melt) - kinda like a tuna melt 'cept with deli meat
Protein bars would be one last thing you could resort to but if you need something high calorie you're much better making your own.
Cottage cheese or dry curd farmer cheese with peanut butter works for protein/fat
Cottage cheese with fiber one and/or sugarfree jam or jelly or syrup
Seriously, take a sunday off to cook...get in touch with your feminine side
Best of luck
