6000 cals huh....that is some shitty eating
If you're stressed about prep. make all your meat one week in advance or once every three days or something like that. Yes it may taste like shit being in the fridge that long but youre not eating it cuz it tastes good. If you're serious about eating clean you'll find ANY way to achieve it. Protein powder, legit protein bars, and proper prior planning for the carbs and protein from whole foods

im an ectomorph i try for 6kcals dont reach it often but get up there.. i need as many cals as i can get.. does it really matter that my fat content in my diet is so high sinc eim bulking? im very lean no matter what i eat

cottage cheese
tuna in a bag
hardboiled eggs
beef jerkey \turkey jerkey
liquid egg whites (I drink those fuckers straight out the container there no taste)
mixed nuts
all natural penut butter
apples
oranges
you could also prepare most of your meal on sunday for most of the week
i usually prepare my lunck at the end of the day for the next day usually arounf 10 pm
i work 50 hours a week and it is hard to find the time to prepare your food but you can always find the time

I'm like sweed I cook my food for the next day the night before. I have it done and I can take it with me anywhere. Hell microwaves are everywhere.

I grill 10lb bags of sams or cosco chicken breast and boneles chicken thighs Ill marinate them in some caribean jerk seasoning for a few hours then fire up the grill and grill away I then bag them 2 pieces per bag and fill up to big tuperware containers and freeze them.i dont cook them all the way through as the microwave will do that and if you cook them through then when you microwave them they will be dry as cardboard,I just throw them in the microwave in the bag and they cook in their own juice and come out cooked throughly and really juicy and spicy.I also carry one of those little tuperware containers with 60 grams of protein powder with me and a water bottle so I just throw it in add water shake and I got a quick 50g of protein when needed.

Ok i'm only 21 year old and a college student that works part time so i never have time to sit at home and grill up chicken breasts anymore.. getting way too busy lately and been slacking in my diet, been trying for upwards of 6kcals 350g protein a day but lately i dont have time to eat anything good and looking at my diet its mainly fat and shitty food i was wondering if you guys have any ideas on good stuff (high in protein and cals) that i can eat that doesnt involve 10-20 minutes of preperation and i can eat it about anywhere.. k for good advice! :mix:

Get a george forman grill it takes 8 min to grill up several chicken breasts.Or 10 min for steaks.I usually cook mine while i am eating breakfast that way they are still full of flavor for the day.You can also try different protein shakes however i think solid foods are much better.Good luck.

Buy tons of cans of Nalley chili. It's cheap and gives you around 40 grams of protein with 60 grams of carbs. I'm in the same boat as you with school and work. I keep cans of chili and tuna in my gym bag. Usually I just eat it right out of the can cause I don't have a microwave handy. Also, find some high calorie protein bars to eat between classes.
