Ok i'm only 21 year old and a college student that works part time so i never have time to sit at home and grill up chicken breasts anymore.. getting way too busy lately and been slacking in my diet, been trying for upwards of 6kcals 350g protein a day but lately i dont have time to eat anything good and looking at my diet its mainly fat and shitty food i was wondering if you guys have any ideas on good stuff (high in protein and cals) that i can eat that doesnt involve 10-20 minutes of preperation and i can eat it about anywhere.. k for good advice! :mix:

Protein powder is what keeps me alive. Milk and bagels are up there too. Raisins are pretty high in calories, and bananas are good too.

Try grilling at night before bed. I have to make some of my food for the next day then, you loose something in flavor, but at least you get good meals.

Bagels are the shit. 60 easy carbs right there. Put some deli turkey on 'em.

Nuts are great for calories as well. You can take eggs with you too.

6000 cals huh....that is some shitty eating
If you're stressed about prep. make all your meat one week in advance or once every three days or something like that. Yes it may taste like shit being in the fridge that long but youre not eating it cuz it tastes good. If you're serious about eating clean you'll find ANY way to achieve it. Protein powder, legit protein bars, and proper prior planning for the carbs and protein from whole foods
