Ok i'm only 21 year old and a college student that works part time so i never have time to sit at home and grill up chicken breasts anymore.. getting way too busy lately and been slacking in my diet, been trying for upwards of 6kcals 350g protein a day but lately i dont have time to eat anything good and looking at my diet its mainly fat and shitty food i was wondering if you guys have any ideas on good stuff (high in protein and cals) that i can eat that doesnt involve 10-20 minutes of preperation and i can eat it about anywhere.. k for good advice!
