hehe, good ideas catch on. Yeah they are awesome for squatting and deadlifting.
Plunkey chastised me for "paying for the barefoot experience" but who wants to actually squat and deadlift barefoot in a gym? Unless you're a chick with nice feet that's uncalled for.....so they really are the best way to lift. So suck it plunk....

and hoss, for lifting the shoes will last years. If you run in them however the inside padding will eventually fade. Mine are now about 3 years old and it's gettin to the point where i can only walk and lift in them. If i run in em i develop blisters to quick cause of that weardown. They are utterly worth the money. I had the vibrams but the adidas ones look solid.
