Toes shoes

I have some and love them for running and leg day. Definitely feel it in your calves more. I also hear the merrell barefoot trail gloves are real good.

I have the Vibram Speed shoes or whatever they're called. I've had mine for over a year and they're the only shoes I workout in. They're great for deadlifts and squats; it feels like you're barefoot. Worth the $110 I spent alone on the amount of ware it saves from my joints from running.

P.S. they can be a great conversation starter :)

Also, you get used to putting them on. It becomes much easier after a week of having them and my feet just slip right in no problem. However I wear a size 14 shoe so they look kinda goofy...

That's not a bad idea since it's a bitch to get your pinkie toe into the vibrams
I tried some skeletoes on last night and it felt weird as fuck to have those two fingers merged, I wear those toe socks so I know the sensation of finger separation yet the skeletoes felt awful, had that merged pinky feeling for a good 30 min after taking them off :worried: also the sole is waaaaay thicket than the vibram one

Merrell's use the vibram sole.

I run in the vibram trail shoes since the true running shoes have a pretty smooth sole. The trail shoes give some tread.

hehe, good ideas catch on. Yeah they are awesome for squatting and deadlifting. Plunkey chastised me for "paying for the barefoot experience" but who wants to actually squat and deadlift barefoot in a gym? Unless you're a chick with nice feet that's uncalled for.....so they really are the best way to lift. So suck it plunk....:lmao::doublefi:

and hoss, for lifting the shoes will last years. If you run in them however the inside padding will eventually fade. Mine are now about 3 years old and it's gettin to the point where i can only walk and lift in them. If i run in em i develop blisters to quick cause of that weardown. They are utterly worth the money. I had the vibrams but the adidas ones look solid.

And Plunkey still does chastise you.

This is the most heterosexual you could possibly look in your vibrams:

I don't care how good they are, they look intolerably goofy.
