I am not sure if I am responding to your reply properly because I am new. I have been training for 15 years of and on. My father placed 2nd and 3rd in two differant competitions back in the 80's so I grew up in a fitness lifestyle. I am currently taking 50mg dhea in the morning with a shake made with 4 whole eggs, peanutbutter, 1 tablespoon olive oil ice cream, yougurt and bannana with milk. I take fish oil. I take 5 grams of creatine1 hour before I train. I also take multi's. I eat 5 meals a day. Some week are better then other on the diet. I started taking nitro t3 about 2 1/2 weeks ago. I think it added 1/4inch on the arms, but I also think it was a placebo effect.
