Sorry it took me so long to get back to you on this. I was out of town for the weekend, so I am just checking the board now. Anways, I really like your idea of the Push/Pull routine. I think that is what I would like to do. I don't know that I want to do both my cardio and my weights on the same day. I just like the fact that I get up at the same time every morning. If I didn't do that, then the days that I would have to get up to go lift would be a lot harder for me to do I think. I will see how things go, and if need be, I will change it to that later...
