Tuna gets old tbh...plus too much Tuna is bad for you

how so? not that i eat shit loads of tuna in a day but i dont see any problems with amounts of fresh tuna than any other fresh fish unless you going way up into the lbs per day.

Thought was interesting-
Farm-raised Tilapia (the least expensive and most popular) has a high fat content and, according to a new study by researchers at the Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, suggests that farm-raised tilapia may be worse for the heart than eating bacon or a hamburger.[17]

well i had quite a few links posted up, and a bunch of other info, but i dont have enough posts yet so blah! ill just make it short

anyways farm raised tilapia is actually pretty nasty as far as what they eat. basically they will have farm raised salmon and whatnot, and pump all of the shit into the tilapia tanks for them to eat. they are on a strictly, shitty diet. no shit. just google farm raised tilapia.. if you must eat it, i would suggest finding wild tilapia, because they eat algae and other plant matter, and just a little bit of shit in the wild. not trying to burst anyones bubble, but farm raised fish really is not nearly as healthy as wild varieties.

Bought some fresh Tilapia from Costco. I hate fish but I've heard such good things about it and how it doesn't taste "fishy".

5 minutes a side at a medium heat, olive oil and oregano... would've added some lemon if I had. Unbelievable taste. Tremendous protein source as well..

Two of them weighed 9 ounces which equaled:

243 cals, 5gs fat, 51gs protein, plus olive oil stats.

Highly recommended.

Very good fish here...I love it. I like orange roughy real well too and mahi mahi.

LOL Tilapia is a carp like fish

its used since it grows FAST and easily in Stagnant water.

Understand?
