[FONT="]Hey bros... while doing legs recently I've found that I enjoy squats much more than leg press. Not only do I feel more with the movement, but it's easier on my knees that are all ready a bit banged up. My question is... would it be bad for me to drop the weight I use for squats a little and bang out 5 or 6 sets of squats and drop my leg press down to my 3 sets. I'm currently doing 4 sets of each... just looking for some advice.[/FONT]
