Put an nice designed English shield with a skull/pirate in the middle engraved in with All Guard or On Guard and that should work.

I appreciate the suggestions but the "ON-GUARD" reference speaks for itself and I don't want to over-cheese it. The running concept for the label will be the name over a syringe, some ampules, vials and pills. This is for hardcore athletes, not soccer moms!
