I was at winn dixie (supermarket), and i just pick up a nice box saying "complete breakfast". I don't know what the hell it was inside but in the picture of the box i saw something like sausages, hashbrowns, bacon, etc.. I checked the nutrition facts, 34 grams of protein..wow!...71 grams of carbs...wow!...but nasty 62 grams of fat!!!!!!!...dayum!!..yeah!! 1 serving (one box) has 62 grams of fat and 21 grams of satured fat!!!...that is nasty...i was thinking in how many people don't have any idea of what that "nutrition facts" label means and they use to eat products like that!!..then they say "I'm obese...help me". Like if it's God's guilt.

That's a complete breakfast for a complete fat ass who wants an early grave
if it's all boxed up like that to i can't imagine it tasting as good as freshly cooked sausages and stuff

fat per serving

I go nuts sometimes and consume mass quantiities iof a particular cheat food (I can eat), but I'll tell ya, some foods are just so high in fat, I stray away from them and try to indulge in something that may be high cabr, but less fat. Things like cookie dough, ice cream, doughnuts, the way I can eay, the fat content can reach sick amounts. I try and stick to frozen yogurt or foods that may be high in fat, but not discustingly so.
