My Dieting
Well My dieting wasn't very stricked I tried to eat as much as possible, I actually put on 20lbs in just 4 months. I took creatine on and off, and of course LOTS of Protein. My goal is to put on more size. I am having a tough time now. Of course my growth has slowed down, but I am looking to do anything to supercharge it. I tried Pro-Hormones for alittle while, they gave me INCREDIBLE strength gains, however I diecided to discontinue use for awhile because I was becoming VERY moody and it was affecting my sleep abit. That only lasted for about 3 1/2 weeks, 6 months into training. I am into my phase two of my goal. Now I have to start pushing even harder, eat even more, and just grow.
