this for a post workout shake

just confirming.. is this a good post workout shake

30g protein powder
5g creatine
25g dextrose
25g maltodextrin
with water
 
i read you shouldnt have milk in your post workout shake because it slows absoption.. is this the same as yoghurt or fruit? just wondering if im allowed to have yoghurt in my shake aswell, or fruit - strawberries or other etc.

I would do:

40g Whey isolate(about 32-38g proteoin depending on what brand)
10g creatine
25g dextrose
35g malto
10-15g glutamine
minerals and vitamines
water

LOOKS great!

this would take up a notch though......

30g protein powder
5g creatine
25g dextrose
25g maltodextrin
17 grams (one large tbs) of gltutamine peptides which provides 5.959 grams of glutamine, plus all amino acids.
and
2-3 caps of R-ALA to make sure those carbs get absorbed my your muscle


other than that looks perfect:)
