I am on a high-protien and medium-carb diet, supplementing with creatine. I just recently started supplementing in AKG and MuscleTech "THERMOGAIN" 3 times a day. Thermogain is supposed to help with workout intensity and all, but I dont know what else it is really doing, being a "thermogenic"? It doesn't really give me a buzz in the gym because I have a insanely high tolerance to caffiene already. I am considering bringing it back in a week if I dont see much gain. Anyone else have experience with this product?
