im sure this has come up often in the past, but i dont have plat.

in the 70s, the BBers trained for 1-2 hours a day and trained each body part 2-3 times a week. now, we train for 45mins, 3-6 times a day and train each body part once a week. when i first started out, i was training 2 hours, six days a week and working out each bodypart twice a week. i have since cut it down to 3-5 days a week at 45 mins and working out each bodypart once a week. i did make good gains on both, but i would have to say that trainining for 2 hours, each body part twice a week is better since i made good gains then. nelson montana says that there is no such thing as over training with 500mg+ of AAS.

what do you think about yesterdays training versus todays?

Personally i train much harder during the short summer period here. I basically do a four day split and hit every bodypart twice a week. I love it! Im gonna take a week or two off in September to recoup. As long as it feels great im gonna continue doing it.

I like the old-school training better. It's all about REALLY old-school training, I'm talking like 40's and 50's. High frequency, moderate-to-high volume. Not necessarily to failure. Good stuff.

What up D. Juice?

I hear you, but I don't think you can logically compare the results you got as a beginner to those you're getting now. Beginners have it easy.

The only way to say that 6 days a week, 2 hrs./wkout would be better than the alternative is for you to try it now.

As far as Montana's statement is concerned, I'm not sure I can agree there...I bet it's really, really hard to overtrain on 500 mg, but I don't think it's impossible. It depends heavily on what you mean BY "overtraining."
