first just at diamond said after you are off it, yes you will lose some of your strength.
about what you said do you improve strenght each day, if u mean each workout i dontk now about that, but yes you will notice some great strength gains. i take 5 g with 75 g dextrose and 50 g whey in my postworkout shake when bulking, cycling it 6 weeks on 3 weeks off. it worked great for me.
