Using Fenugreek to my advantage

Some advice on using fenugreek. This stuff is supposed to be really good for your testosterone levels and your sex drive. Those are both areas that I need to improve on. What would you recommend that I do? Should I do 1500 mg a day, or should I stack it with something else?
