Do you tailor it to goals? Say someone just wants to look like "Leonidis on 300"...but someone else wants to be a 300 lb monster. Would both these people be able to apply the same info from your book and get their desired results?

no not tailor made UNLIKE the full project or phone consult
I do best on the phone with people
