The last 10 lbs....ughh

Need some advice on how to burn that last 10lbs or so of fat. I have been cutting successfully for about 2 months and kept a consistent 1-2lb loss per week. I have been following a basic low calorie diet approx 600-800 under maintence per day (after subtracting cardio cals burned) Ratio is approx 50/30/20 (protein/Fat/Carb), give or take but fairly consistent.

I have been training for all of my adult life and have a very solid muscle base with pretty good size. I'm 6'2, and currently weighing in at 228....goal is 215, where I'll be very cut up...not sure what my body fat is at the moment but I"d guess 10-12% based on what I see in the mirror :)

Anyways, seem to be hitting the wall here with about 10 to go for my goal. Any advice on how to change things up would be appreciated. I have been reading about IF and carb cycling but I"m not sure what route to take. The IF seems like it might be a good option but I"m curious to any other ideas that might be out there!

Are u taking any supplements, e.g. albuterol, n2slin, forma?

How much cardio are you doing a day and at what intensity?

What kind of carbs and fats are u taking in?

Hey thanks for the reply - yes, taking N2Slin and N2Burn, although I recently ran out of the slin, so not currently on it as of 3 days ago, or so. No Gear.

Cardio: I do 50 min cardio on a treadmill 6-7x per week in the morning right after I wake up...intensity is between 120 and 150 pulse rate. (about 500 cal burn per session) Usually just walking briskly up a steep incline. I also do weight training 4 times per week in the late afternoons.

Carbs are mostly from Veggies (red peppers, baby tomatoes, carrots) - also some Peanut butter, and red wine on most days.
Fats - a little from the Whey powder I take, some from olive oil, and afore mentioned PB. Also some fat from small amount of Feta cheese I typically eat on my dinner salad.

Occaisionally I'll have a protein bar containing some fats and carbs (cliff builder bar)...maybe 3-4 bars per week.

50/20/30 see if that helps are u just trying to get lower in bf or get lighter?
