Just googling "how to make your own steroids" gives a lot of pretty good articles on it. Here's one I found off of the website Isteroids:
There are several advantages if you make your own steroids. First, as you well know, there are scammers out there that are only after your money – they sell steroids that are underdosed and/or contaminated. Remember that in the illicit trade of steroids there is no such thing as a money-back guarantee. Thus, if you decide to make steroids you are assured of the potency and sterility of your steroids, but the question is how to make steroids. Making your own steroids is not as difficult as you think.

As an example, we’ll make an injectable steroid – testosterone cypionate.

To make 40ml @250mg/ml of this steroid, you need:
10 grams hormone (testosterone cypionate)
.08ml Benzyl Alcohol = 2% BA
8ml Benzyl Benzoate = 20% BB
23.2ml oil (grape seed or sesame seed)
Syringes 3cc & 5/10cc
18 or 20 gauge needles
Vial or beaker
Sterile filter

Place powder in vial/beaker. Add BA/BB/Oil to the vial. Heat on Low/Med heat until it dissolves completely. Place the needle in the vial. Place another needle in the vial to relieve the pressure. Draw out solution with a syringe, run though filter. With needle still in the vial, place in oven on a cookie sheet and bake for an hour at 275F degrees.

Only thing you should make sure is that the powder form is 100% pure. If it is, you're in control of everything, plus it's probably 1/10th the price to make your own rather than buy them. One last thing, I noticed that the injections are painful. I just skimmed through some articles and it seems that you can play around with the alcohol %'s to make the injections entirely pain-free.

I'm pretty uneducated about steroids and such, just wanted to bring it to your attention so you can check it out.

Good workout . Switched some things but i didnt like tbar rows id rather do bb rows. Also on db rows my left arm kept losing grip on the 9th and 10th rep. last set of deads were done with straps, double overhand. I forgot the chalk. The record at a gym across the street so far is 530, so in 8 weeks Im gonna go kill that shit. Fuck 530!

Thx bro, I set pretty reasonable goals I think. The OHP will be the hardest. My bench always goes up a lot even though my squat is only 20lbs above it. I have chest tonight so I will probably see how many times i get 315 up.

The 135 curls was sick bro, Super strict. Ill video it next week and post it up here. I love seeing guys throwing 135 up like its a back workout. Actually usually I laugh but on cycle it makes me a little pissed off haha. i wanna slap the shit out of them

I am off anadrol for the first day today. Well see how my strength goes but hopefully it doesnt go down too much. Im also finishing my test/mast cycle with beastdrol for 6 weeks, and ive heard nothing but good things from that. This will be my last cycle for a while as im starting off season training for football in january and the last thing i want is to be too big and not agile or quick. Mainly did this cycle to get my strength up so when I start running/cutting my numbers will still be good after they go down a little.

Good workout except for the db military, I always fluctuate with 95lbs for 4-6. This time it was really hard to get up off ky knees because I was at a different gym. I also dropped a 10lb rubber plate and the guy came over hella mad saying dont drop plates haha, what the fuck!
 
holy shit man, curling 135x4, in 8 weeks deadlifting 530, db shoulder presses with the 95's and 145lb + BW x 5 for dips?! seems like only yesterday we were deadliftin like the same weight and you were a weak ass who curled in the squat rack haha. Your a strong dude now bro...
 
lol that's what I was thinking. I remember seeing his first benching video of like 245x5. I was thinking ok, he has a pretty strong bench but I still got him in the other lifts like squat/dead/row. Now it seems like the mother fucker is twice as strong as me in all the lifts haha. Good job bro!
 
haha thanks guys. Ever since I started training for strength with the 5x5 and then stayed consistent I have only gone up in strength. Im gonna post some videos soon and some pictures. I already got my squat vid up, Ill do my bench, row, OHP, dips and bb curl.

Thanks bro. I need to start cutting, I dont want to get much bigger. i have also been reading about being a better strong safety for football and basically I need to turn my strength into power. I had a football routine all set up but I talked ot the coach today and basically I gotta do what they do, and maybe I can add some stuff in. Im pretty sure its a basic push/pull weight lifting routine, with plyos 2x a week. Ill have to add my own endurance/sprinting in.

It was slipping but well see what happens when I use chalk next time, straps always start slipping after the 3rd rep
 
Quick update on goals as well. Definetly making this year all about flexibility, athletic stuff, and looking ripped. I can always get bigger (food, test and anadrol :) )

Goals for 2010:
Increase 40 yard dash by .1-.2 seconds (At 4.8 right now)

Increase endurance (Not long endurance, more like shuttle run and gassers endurance for football)

Increase explosive strength

Increase vertical by 5 inches (At around 26 inches right now)

Bigger calves (15 inches, goal is 16 inches)

Better hip mobility

Better wrist flexibility (for hang cleans and front squats)

Better overall flexibility

Stronger grip

Single digit bf %
 
good work bro. You are switching your workout to explosiveness on your cycle? Btw with all your goals, check out the tennis ball for deep tissue massaging. I just found out how to use it on my hamstrings and triceps as well as the hips, calves and quads. I bet you'll be able to squat deeper as well :)

haha nice man. I've heard jump shrugs are a very easy exercise to learn and have awesome carry over to functional power.

Which info? lol. I bought a foam roller and rolled out a lot of knots in my muscles but recently found out the tennis ball gets in deeper. I just played around with it..I actually found a link to some..I didn't even know of some of these:

I noticed they don't have hamstrings in there...Basically sit down on the ground as if you were about to try and touch your toes. Put a tennis ball under your hamstring and stretch forward. move it around and find the place that hurts the most and hold it there for like 30 seconds or something.

I didn't read the site but I find if I just keep tension on a trigger point for time (like 30 seconds) its much better than just rolling over it. The places that hurt the most are the places you need it the most :D

BTW, the part about the erectors, fuck the sock idea lol.

I will be doing back squats, front squats to try them out, and maybe find my max strength at the OLY lifts like Power cleans, hang cleans, front squats, OH squats, snatches, push press, clean and herks

Yes second cycle for me. I have always been skinny(95lbs freshman year hs). I might look inshape but I cant run that long before barely passing out. lol

Ive never had to cut but I would keep carbs low, none after 6pm, drink tons of water, am fasted cardio, heavy training with short rests between sets. Im sure theres more things you could do. Honestly I would try to get around 10% bf and bulk from there.
 
Day 48 - OLY Lifts

Nothing spectacular. Just worked on my form for Power clean, hang clean, snatches and OH squat.

HOLY SHIT!!!!! Fuckin hard bors. I have the worst flexibility. I could not stay on my heels with an OH squat of 95lbs without a partner behind me holding my back so I wouldnt fall. My form was shitty except for hang cleans becausei used to do those. Snatches were ok for me to do to until i had to squat with it above my head LOL

hard shit, but Ill be working on this all year long. Also stretched at the end.
 
You could probably work on them everyday without it impacting your recovery...actually it might help your recovery to do them everyday until you get the neural efficiency part down lol.

Im doing legs today. I was def over thinking the power part of lifting. I still need strength lol so I will be focusing on my main lifts for strength

Do you know what the problem is? What part is it that im unflexibile in, my arms going straight up, my back, my hips?

First off, practice: I've only done them once so maybe 95 was a success. remember everything sucks in the beginning, even riding a bike.

What affected me the most was rolling on the toes cause I couldn't get my shoulders back far enough to balance the bar over my feet. Maybe a wider grip would work for me. My right shoulder flexibility is lacking since the surgery.

I'm gonna read more about it, listen to pointers and watch videos until I get it right.

You have never had to cut?? thats genetics for ya. As you have been lean all your life you prob don't realise how envious us more fat prone crowd are, although i do put on muscle ridiculously fast as a plus.

I'm pretty much already doing everything you mentioned, 5 hrs of fasted morning cardio a week, carbs only after cardio and workouts etc etc. i think I need me a fat burner :)

I'm assuming in your info to the side that norcal is northern California, thats sick brah! hoping to move out there one day myself with the girl. I'm in the uk and man does the grass seem a whole lot greener........:D

Great workout, my shoulders were actually sore for once! I think its because i did heavy push press (could have gone heavier) and I did heavier db front raises. used a little swing instead of perfect form but it allowed for heavier weight. I am gonna start switching to push/pull routine

I haven't tested my 40 in a while, but when I wasn't working out sophomore year I tested it and I ran a 5.0. That was when my mile time was 6:45, and couple months ago I ran a 5:14 mile and am much stronger and faster:evil:
 
5:14 mile is pretty fast fastest I ever ran was a 6:30 and i was done at the end lol. Im more of a wuick guy not endurance, but I know ur training for the rangers so props to you youll need that good time.

Thanks brotha, its funny because in HS my shoulders were pathetic I never trained them, then one day I saw myself in the mirror and was like damn im fuckin pathetic I had a big lower chest, no upper chest, droopy shoulders but kinda big biceps with no triceps. Just pathetic haha

I can do 185x6 behind the neck just normal standing bb military, maybe ill try 225 next time but Ill do it to my chest not behind the neck.

Also the push press was really heavy not gonna lie, and it felt like i had to squat down a little lower than the other sets but I think it still counts. Im not sure, ill have to vid my next workout

I always try to plan it and then something changes. but basically I found that an upper/lower split is gonna be what I do. heres basically my routine for the offseason. lol you were a stereotypical frat guy. I've always found BTN hard as hell compared to front. Fuck that, I'd say all that matters on a push press is that you get it to lockout no matter how far you gotta dip down.

haha for sure I was! I remember thinking i was big in HS, I saw an old buddy of mie from HS (havent seen him in 3 years) and he was saying WTF ur fuckin huge, and i realized how small i used to be....fuckk

I like BTN because i dont have any shoulder problems and I feel more shoulders. ill video my next workout

Cool workout! I remember the 5x5 and I love whole body workouts like these. Cant wait for tmr. I feel like I get more rather than train 1 bodypart 1x a week. Id rather train my whole body not just a muscle. But then again bodybuilding is all about building muscle, im trying to build strength, power, and quickness.

I was supposed to stop at 315x2 bench, but said fuck it threw a 10 on each side and did 2! Was only trying to get 1. Stoked about that. 335x4 would be my goal for this cycle. The deadlifts were weak because I didnt use chalk, it sucks how the bar slips out of my hands and my hands are sweating its just bullshit. 455x2 with chalk, 315x2 with no chalk. Thats 140lbs difference fuck, bb rows were easy i usually go up to 225 but wanted today to be easy. No db military because my last workout was shoulders.
 
One thing: no offense but if you can normally pull 455x2 with chalk and only 315x2 without chalk you need to work on your grip. I sweat a sht load and can still pull 335x5 without chalk, and I'm not nearly as strong as you:) I would do some grip holds and other grip work.

Almost got a GHR by myself with 0 assistance, I barely pushed myself up. Im wondering how slow I should go on my negatives? I go pretty slow because my 3rd and 4th sets im pretty much dropping fast even if I want to hold myself up lol. Best hamstring exercise ive ever done.

BB Lunges were a bitch! holy shit but I love them. I was gonna do 8 reps but I want strength so fuck that. They were gettin hard anyway lol I almost fell down 1 time..

Thanks bro! Actually anadrol helped a lot and then the strength went down a little, now its back up to where it was when i was on the anadrol. I def love anadrol over dbol. NO headaches, I can eat, and bigger gains.

I was doing reverse pec dec before for a while but i said fuck that Ill do them after. I havent done strict bb military for a while since I switched to push press and db military but BTN is awesome, the back part of my shoulders are really sticking out. Lol my bench is gettin there...I want to do more weight

My BP was good this morning! 4 readings at CVS pharmacy and the average was 123/70 or somethin like that. Im gonna go before i go to bed and do 4 more readings. I remember telling you about ephedrine, fuck that. Thats what caused the high BP in the first place. not worth it. I wanna try lipoflame from needto's store you should look into that. i pre-exhaust with DB side lateral raises before i do the BTN om every set to really hit the middle delt but shit i'm pushing 135 x 6 and thought that was ok! nice work bro!

One thing: no offense but if you can normally pull 455x2 with chalk and only 315x2 without chalk you need to work on your grip. I sweat a sht load and can still pull 335x5 without chalk, and I'm not nearly as strong as you:) I would do some grip holds and other grip work.

Well I got the 150 lb one and I can do it for 27 reps right hand now, and a buddy of mine who never lifted could do it for 15 reps first try. I'd go with maybe and 150 and 250, or 200 and 250? I don't know exactly, it depends on how strong your crushing grip is.

hay guys, havent been on here for a while. just moved to an apt and finally got situated but no internet yet. week 10 starts today, also took 2 caps beastdrol and 1 cap dieselbolan. Weights at 205 (+16) and little leaner as well. Strength is good. Ill update on monday when i work out next. take care homies ill be on soon! happy lifting

it was a solid rep ill video it next time. no touch at all by my bro and it was 371 because 2 of the 45lb plates were actually 48lbs, my next goal is 385
 
id write my workouts but im typing from my ps3 takes too long. basically highlights of my gym experience in last 2 weeks are

1) 371x1 bench.
2) 315 on squats for 8 is easy which was my goal could have done more.
3) 135x5 bb curl, new pr.
4) Size wise im still around 210 but lot more filled out and veiny. teammates call me the hulk haha. also just as lean (6 pack)

I got about 4weeks left of cycle def an A+ so far!

thanks man. I havent been on here as much but everything seems to go up. I bb curled 155x1 perfect form which was awesome. Havent deadlifted in a while and i saw that you did so I need to start again lol. haha dude ur a beast at 196 already holy shit for 15 thats awesome
 
Hey guys. Im gonna fuckin update this log more starting tonight. Im not even on a routine because ive been so busy i just hit what feels fresh. Im gonna go on a 5 day split all the way through OCT then get on 5x3 lkike oso is on. Ive also been running since im on the track team for my college. We have a meet on the 20th and im gonna be running the 100m and the relay.

Been smoking cigarettes, dippin and drinking occasionally as well. But my cardio is getting better. I have the huge bruise looks like staff infection on my leg lol. Doesnt hurt but wtf can it be hahaha, ill take some update pics at the end of my cycle in about 3 weeks. I dont want to come off! Im also gonna get sarms for PCT, it doesnt shut you down and it acts like steroids. Maybe it will help me to continue to get stronger through PCT. Here is what my log will consist of every day from now on.

Beginning thoughts: Still not on a routine so I just hit chest shoulders tris.

Workout:
Bench: 135x10, 225x3, 275x3, 315x3, 335x3 PR
Standing BB BTN Military: 135x3, 155x3, 185x3, 215x3 PR
Dips: bw x 10, bw+45x6, bw+100x6, bw+145x6, bw+170x5 PR

Stretching: N/A

Running: 3x300m

Supplements: multi, fish oil, 1 dieselbolan, 3 beastdrol

How many hrs sleep night before: 8


***Good workout with 3 PR's. I need to be consistent with stretching tho.

Lol I checked out an army rotc battalion and did a trainign exercise with them and a bunch of them were dipping and chewing it was funny lol. one guy was a beast though he benched 225x20 at bodyweight 205 and still got good pt scores. Wow dips at 170x5 and bench at 335x3? Not to mention 215x3 bb btn press.....shiiiiiitttt.

***Killed the squats! Got it on video so ill post it tmr. Deads felt a little heavy since its been 2 months, i love them idk why i stopped!
