I was just reading an article of Ronnie Coleman in Flex and he says that the seated french curl is one of the best triceps exercise for the tricep belly.
use a ez-bar, sit on a low-back bench, or a no back bench. raise you arms over your head, straight, then curl the weight backwards untill it is behind you head, and press it up again. lockout is optional
yeah i have always thought the skullcrushers were sitting with a dumblee raising over your head then down to your neck, and french curls by laying down and having our arms straight up and lowering the weight towards your head, but i keep saying contradicting names of these exercises in magazines, which one is which?
I've heard several different opinions on which is which. Also, what is it called when you do seated overhead barbell (or ez bar) tricep extensions (kind of a mix between to the two exercises)?
