The dumbass workouts some crazy people do in the gym.

Allright, me2 me2 ..

1st .. i've never done them, but whats wrong with doing calves in the smith ? seems as good a place as any! .. perhaps even the one thing the smith is good for ? ;)

anyway
1. we have this dude in the gym .. hes what..40, and must have some mental disorder, cause he's constantly cleaning up the place, as in putting the weights back on the racks etc. If you have got some weight lined up for the bench/deads/squats whatever you better be on your toes, cause when this guy's around they can be gone in a second! im not kidding, this dudes excersising is 80% moving other peoples weights around... he's cool talking to though !
2. how about benching with straps on ? yea you gotta tighten those straps reaaaaaal good, or the shit just may fly through the roof! .. i wish my bench was that strong lol.
3. the 10% squats .. all in the ass .. you know these partial rom reppers right ? well, these are the 10% reppers!

i do not advice or tell ppl what to do in the gym, i got past that a long time ago.. and usually when someone asks me i give them a half baked assed story anyway, cause most of them dont really wanna know anyway..

i'd have to agree on that.
I have alot of respect for those ppl, when you're like that it takes some guts to come to a place like that, with "assholes like us", and do something about it. props for them!
 
you guys ever see a guy workout to failure with no partner? I need to join a fuckin gym I got all the equipment I need at my house I used to have a few buddies who lifted but they quit so when I bench I fail and it hits my chest but I lower my weights and higher the reps I do the most weight the 4th set my first 3 r warms and I do 6 reps for my 4th set then i just gradually lower the weight and increase reps its been workin really good. but lol failure I got a mark on my chest cuz it will rest and i gotta roll it down my body and then pick it up and put it on heh

Absolutely nothing is wrong with that bro, as long as you have a box or something to stand on to get a stretch. These retards at my gym do them off the flat floor.
 
I think that pisses me off more than any other one on here, just cause of the popped collar. Everytime i see a popped collar i want to punch the kid in the neck Those colllars are :rainbow:

wow... i forgot about last sat when i was at the gym late around 7ish and this guy comes in wearing flip flops, jeans, a popped collar shirt, and a beanie. he did like 20 sets of bench, and 20 sets of curls to make his shirt look tighter on him and have his arms pumped for when he went out after that... that shit drives me crazy

I wont pick up weights I know people are using...but I do pick up after other assholes that are too lazy to put the weights back where they belong, because I dont feel like tripping over plates and dumbells lying in the hallway.

well, i dont feel like unloading 900lbs from the legpress machine unless im going to use it! (and ill uload it again when im done!), that will be between the guy who used it and the manager/staff ..
 
we got these two guys about 20-22 that come in and work out chest, one guy lays on the bench under the bar the other guy spots him from behind. but when they start to do heavy weight (which is ab 205) the guy from behind will repeatedly slap the SHIT out of the other guy in the face and yell " do that shit" as loud as possible. then the other returns the favor, very amusing to watch. they both walk out with hand prints on the face.
