A young lady approached me one day whilst I was working. Attractive yet a little heavy she pleaded with me to help her lose weight. We sat down and began discussing various training and lifestyle problems she might have been experiencing. However, try as I might I could find no reason why she should be gaining weight until she told me that she sat at work and ate two 1/2 kilo bags of candy a day. When I looked shocked and explained that I had just found the main problem, she gased at me in confusion and told me I must be wrong as there is NO fat in candy!!
