when i was 165lb i had great endurance and was able to do 20min. of HIT EOD with no problem but now as I'm weighing at 180lbs I can only do 10 to 13 min.. I do understand that the more muscle you have the more calories are required to operate your muscle at its full potential. So is 10 min enough and seem more reasonable then training all the way of 20 min.?
