Per his request, we are going to post what we eat, pics before and after and I am going to make an attempt to keep up......aside from the meat portion because I just don't need as many g of protein as him....Note

JKurz's stats, 6'1, 169, about 8-9% bf......no cardio (maybe 1x a week) training 6x a week high volume.........so, it's semi-cardio lol.......Sworn before the Jury so no blemishing, no exxergerations, etc......most food will be weighed, priced, measured, etc.........today begins Day #1 or tonight........some meals will be bland and average, others, well............

We also need pics, of course he looks 100x better than me, but he hasn't batteled an illness such as mine, plus Bruce is much larger.......and we begin:
 
wow, jk all i can say is you have awesome genetics. i mean you are very lean and a bit thin but you are nuts to be worried about getting fat man. shit your shredded as hell. its like i was when i first got here, everyone said shut up and eat, i was so concerned with losing my low bf that i wouldn't do it. soon i realized no matter what i ate i stayed like that, and making an adjustment to change things is so simple with all the help here. i am hand writing out what i ate today, so give me a minute, just got home. also gotta figure out whats on the dinner menu
 
ok brother. first off i am not much bigger than you at all. i actually am shorter than i thought, everyone was always telling me i was 6 3 but i have a severe back problem right now and i was measured for real at 6 1. coaches and model agents love to lie about height, also about 30 people i know that claimed 6 2 cause i was taller than them are liars. lol. so i am 6 1 198 right now, i was 208 at my heaviest. i will hit two hundie by tonight though the way i am, i'm sure you can relate jk. BUT this is not a competition, i'm just trying to help you stay motivated, and it won't hurt me either.

ok just so its known and i don't have to type it every day i wake up and have 3 cups of milk total in my latte machine. whole milk so count that as you like, i do not. also lets just say 64oz of red or orange gatorade ed, give or take. man i love that shit. also i want everyone to know, this is my real diet, i am not trying to impress and i don't reccomend it, its high in fat, sugar, and cholesterol. mainly don't think i am putting down say egg yolks thinking i'm smart. i know the whites are better for you but i like the yolks and i can eat em fast. point is i do what works. every day i will eat a total of lb of meat be it chicken, steak and or fish, i usually mix it up. i can eat the most fish of anything. if you gave me sushi for free i could eat it forever ok so here goes today

woke up had my coffee,
6:45am had 6 egg yolks my girl will eat the whites if she is up or my pit gets them. this is not healthy i know, i love the taste of yolks. 2 bob evans sausage patties, english muffin with peanut butter on both sides. tall glass of oj. on way to work, sip on gatorade and water to get heydrated. i start at 8 so by 9:45 my stomach is growling again since i eat at about 6:45am for breakfast.
9:45am turkey bacon and swiss on a bagel, i get two of them at einstein bagels if i don't have time to make them the night before. just ask for extra turkey and its a decent amount of food. today i got them from einstein.
11:45 i ate a milky way and a pbj with gatorade.
1:00pm lunch - cheesesteak, with steak provolone, mushrooms, green peppers. about 9 inches long and i'd estimate ..6lb of steak. can of seven up plus mixed berry. (love that shit too, less sodium and sugar than actual diet seven up and it tastes great)
3:00pm my other turkey bacon swiss, 4 reeses peanut butter cups, lemonade to drink.
5:00pm had a doc appointment so i had to grab fries from mcd's quick.
just got home a bit ago, gonna hit the grocery, i'm grabbing 1lb of orange roughy, or salmon and steak if they dont have it, and i'm feelin like having a brat on the grizzill. also gonna grab some more krispy kremes. like i said most of my eating will start now. usually i take my day off on wed, but today i had a doc so i worked out yesterday and i am taking today off, so no oat meal before workout and no banana raspberry shake after. be back in a bit.

Lots of sweets too....I'm gonna have to do some shopping...tonight I'll play catchup, I had an intense chest session, feeling bloated, but I'll get them in....PLUS, I hit a j at nite which helps me eat.....I ALWAYS eat on my pillow (right before bed) and then wake up one hour later eat again and sometimes, 2 hours qfter that......so I'm eating all night or every time I piss....

today thus far I've had
2 cups of raw oats
1 cup egg whites
1 englsh muffin
4 pcs of toast
2tb of pb
fake butter
2 lattees witht ons of stevia
(stevia by the case - my sweettooth weakness!!!)
1 16oz green tea
gallon of chrytal lite
bcaas while I trained
large salad
1 cup brown rice
8oz flank steak
1.5 lbs of chicken
spinnach, onions, borcolli

tonight at a minium:
1 huge frozen casein and egg white shake
shit load of veggies
davinchi syrups
20-30 almonds 2-3 handfulls
1-2 carb sense myoplex bas (free 12 cases from the arnold)
cream cheeese on my veggies
maybe a muscle milk shake around midnight if I wake.....tomorrow will be better,,,,,i smell einseins bagels, pizza and ben and jerrys......Im coming fat boy.......on my way!


oh and I gota get some oreos....some count chocula too! Milk!! Cottage cheese and jello and pudding tonight too!
 
i dunno bro, i have a nespresso machine, they are the shit, put the capsule in and presto 2-4oz of any type of espresso you want. i have 3 before i leave the house, i don't know maybe 6 oz of milk per latte, but almost 8oz man. 3 cups is only 24oz anyway so yea i would think. sometimes more man, i go through a gallon of milk every other day.
i like the chicken and filet, for sure gonna help you grow the most of anything on there. seems like you do a lot of supps, i'm telling you my man nothing is better than real food. and i'd try and even out the beef with the chicken too. maybe a lb of chicken if thats what you like better and .5lb of beef. i just came back with two half pound filet's of salmon, lookin good, and some steak and a brat. i am busting out the grill, supposed to be 80 tomorrow

No, my only supplements right now are cypionate, but starting April 1, you'll see this list skyrocket!

Oh and protein powders, bcaas...gluatamine and vitamins.......Hell I dont even take a pw shake....just at night, it sometimes is easier for me to get in liquid cals, plus it tastes like a milkshake......I need to go shopping tonight like never before (never been down the kids cereal or junk food ilses, lol) Hlep me plan my list, I'm serious........

thus far, it's 8am, I am havin a 1/2 ezekiel muffinl with cream cheese, 1/2 cup oats witha t ons of splenda, 1 cup egg whites (liquid, mkaes he oats thick!), 2 tb of pb, large green tea with more stevia, 2 bananas and 2 pcs of toast as a banana pb sandwhich!! Eaily 1k to start of the day!

I got my aux lifting day today so tonight will be perfect to eat heavy! deads, cleans, bench rows, all 4x6......5x8.......keep on posting......anyone have some good ideas to help me kick this guys arsh....


Also, we need a wager for this 8 week period. Cash is for the weak...either the loser pays for dinner, or we think of something good......I am suppose to do my 1x a week cardio tomorrow am, but it looks like I am going to cracker barreel for reakie instead......my mom always invites me but I never can go due to cardio........oh man, even if I lose, she's gonna cry in happiness....same with my gma who is really the one that is worried for me..I'm beating this thing......what are the chances of keeping my abs?? Cypinoae will help and I got tren, master, tbol, eq, prop, tes allllll waiting for april 1....next week I wont train so I can make the most of this...hope I can eat too.......we need 3 judges and a daily winner...I'll keep tally! So far it's 0-0.......all starts today.

Bruce - we need weights of foods and actually quatnties. You say a snickers bar, but we need to know, nomral size, snack size, etc....same with peanuts, etc. A whole bag is suficient but saying a few doesnt cut it....

I am lactose intollerant, so there will be no milk consumption on my end..

bro like i said i'm not in competition with you. i'll help motivate you for sure but i'm not gonna be able to post my diet everyday listing protein and carbs man, i have told you like a million times that i don't count anything aside from my 2lbs of fish,chicken or steak. the milky ways were regular, and i didn't say peanuts bro i eat peanut butter cups, reeses. the 4 pack. but i am not gonna do this if you think i am competing man, i do not really need to change anything, what i am doing works great. i don't mind throwin it up there if it gives you ideas or makes you feel better about eating fat.


basically ate the same thing today as yesterday except for no cheesesteak for lunch, chicken burrito from chipolte instead. i am sure you can look that up online. they are big. also i didn't have the 6 yolks just sausage the muffin and force fed some yogurt. sometimes in the morning i have trouble gettin food down if my nerves are up from something important. only had 1 turkey bacon swiss bagel at like 3:45, and when i got home my girl had two brats waiting for me on the grill. was a shitty ass day. i'm hittin up shoulders then the grocery. thinkin i am gonna go 2lbs staight up of steak, or ribs ive been fiendin for them. i'll let you know later. gotta go take down an oatmeal, my fav thing pre workout, keeps me full.
 
I can';t eat post workout....fucking sucks....good day toher wise, but my post was a whole wheat tuna sandwhich, loaded with onions and a huge salad...maybe I need to swap it over to a shake..........when do you cut off your eating? You eat all night? What's in store for tonight? Brews? Wings? Ever wake up and chow?

Well, I am suppose to do(or was) cardio 2x a week MAX per my trainer......he said none, but I need a few for mentality....I skipped today and havent done it in 4 weeks.....what a slug.......cardio doesnt burn fat, it's does help the muscles recoop though....should I wait till 180 to do any type? I'm also training6x week, so it's more or less 2 crdio sessions....prob. worse, huh?

Last night Bruce, starving at 2am.......hugggge bottle of strawberry quick from the convience store and a entire box of fig newton...damn good....goota show it up today. You are doing no cardio either? How the f doe YOU stay so lean?

I got Bob evens in front of me, so while you sleep, I'm chowing on bzquits, eggs gravy and toast...arms tonight, then feast fest!! This is gonna succk! I need some EQ.....
 
fuck cardio, man that just burns cals i need. i ate a lb of salmon last night bro .5 lb of tilapia and put down fuckin 6 krispy kremes. smoked a blunt with my girl then put down 3 pbj's and a 64oz of gatorade that night alone. 2 seven ups bag of doritos, the big daddy. love fridays and weekends cause i can eat all night
 
I'm a bloated mess........toke time in an hour no cardio just so much offd I can't breath....i got snickers casshews pb casein all in the freezer...I am going to hit this j bout 9 and going to fing town. Weighhed in at 176 hugeeeeeeee most in awhile...no abs, just a blob.

Jeff, this is where it's always been do or die time for you. Right at about 175.....you're a little less depleted and starved down and you start to freak about not being dry and crisp, but look at it this way, do you want to be dry and crisp at 160? or at 220? The choice is yours, but if you ever want to stop going around in circles, just suck it up and keep going.

Also, it's Sun, eat something that tastes good. I also think mental burnout and feeling like life sucks would go away if you cut back lifting to 4 days a week, and didn't so much as drive by the gym on your 3 off days......it's the peak of tax season too, so it's not like you've got time on your hands anyway.

Put that tuna on 3 slices of WW bread.....and add some yolks to those eggs, despite the scare tactics yolks are the ''good'' cholerterol......you'd be surprised at how satisfying 4-5 whole eggs are compared to 12 whites.

Take a page from Bruce's cook book. He eats pretty similar to me, which I thought was pretty cool to see on a ''bodybuilding'' board. I need to slap on 15lbs myself, I'll try to think of some high cal recipe ideas.

You seem like a pretty good guy. Have you ever thought about seeing a psychiatrist on a weekly basis, showing him your last few threads and getting on some medications for stress/anxiety?

There's no reason you should be on a bodybuilding board daily for 4 years spinning your wheels and weigh less than when you started.

If anything I strongly suggest you never read another bodybuilding magazine ever again or even look at a pro bodybuilder for that matter. They're creating an unattainable illusion of health and normal appearance. As someone with an M.A. in psychology, I'd love to see you mentally stable and over this hurdle.
 
yea bro you might think about getting on some kind of anxiety medicine. i just downed two ahi carpaccio's and a skirt steak from cheesecake factory, gonna eat a godiva cheesecake. ate a portillo's big beef which is like a 12 inch italian beef. eat J fuckin eat man!
 
JK....give this a whirl. Buy 2 pounds of ground beef, a 12 pack of soft flour taco shells, a large onion, grated, 2 packs or bottles of enchalada sauce, and a pack of Mexican cheese.

Brown the beef with the onion, drain off excess liquid, then follow instructions on the enchalada sauce......when done layer 4 taco shells with enchalada sauce and some cheese in a casserole dish....repeat for 3 layers, bake at 375 until the cheese bubbles, top with sour cream and enjoy. Wash down with chocolate milk.

Yesyerday was weeka so I nee to make up for it this week......Whee are your ruce? States? Cheesecake in the am?

I am on druge, that why I can eat like I have been 176 on the scale today and one only pm light carido session on Sat. I need one more, as I am suopose to get in 2 a week.....but Iw ould think training 6x a week is the same as many doing cardio4x a week...I have never been 175, but without the am crdio the weight is piling on...I just dont want to be skinny fat.....most o fmy hunger comes in the om between 9pm and 1am, wondering if thats doing more hard than good......I'll be back shortly........
 
no man, i had italian beef for lunch. hit up the cheesecake factory for dinner and at the ahi carpaccio and steak there. brought home the godiva cheesecake.
 
bro...to be completely honest with you i think you look way to skinny!!! you can easily be 10-20 pounds heavier and still have a sixer. your body type seems like it can adjust to a heavier frame.....looks like you got good genetics so why don't you use them damn it!!! you can prob have that same sick 6 pack 10 pounds heavier if you stopped the shannigans
 
Cycle starts monday and Im not stopping till I hit 200lbs under 12%/.....If I have to eat sloppy so be it, thinking roughly 4000k......gimme some thoughts

What Bruce said - but that is not enought test when you get a little larger IMO. DOn;t know where your 'baseline' is... what did your blood work look like before you started the Cyp last year?
 
that is just a maintenence dose, i could see him going to 300-400mg but no more, he does not want bloat. also i forgot to add aromasin in there at 20mg ed for the bloat. oops. hows that tren feel AL, holla
 
Tren is a Mans drug.... nuff said. Bitches clear the fuck out of my way - yes I using all these plates! And like you know I will say, sides are in your head - you get what you expect, so I expect no sides and a 600lb squat! We will see.

On the Test - I can take a Gram w/ out much bloat, but I take some Dex w/ every test shot (2-3 a week) and I use a topical AI daily. Seems to work fine for me.

I think he would have to eat like a whore and stop working out for a year to lose his abs - he looks ripped to the bone in that pic.
 
i agree, i say he could do my diet and dbols test and all and not even lose an ab. he just needs to initiate it and stop worrying

itll be tbol......and I NEVER EVER would say I wouldnt lose an ab......that's a fact as they are gone now that's why I am about to turn around....so much suar, it's not the food....but Im back and will stay on trackl.....what do we go going for toda Bruce?

dude my handle was fucked. couldn't log on as bruce. sushi night bro. egg yolks and bacon for breakfast with english muffin and peanut butter. a huge thing of strawberries. tonight i am getting sushi. i get 20 pieces of tuna sushi and 20 pieces of salmon sushi. its more than 1lb of fish. then i have cookie dough for tonight, gonna make all of them and take it down with whole milk. ive had only 3 lattes today and 64 oz of gatorade is about to go down in this last cup. good old original pepsi is the drink of the night

He should have to mirror your diet - you eat like an asshole a lot, I like it. Reeses and milk make for plenty o energy at the gym. Seriously, if Jeff was eating exactly what you ate he would see that his abs were a gift from god, and Doritoes and Sodas aren;t going to take them away....

Do you like Doughnuts? I eat them the night before big PR's...never miss one if I get at least 2 dozen down..the small powdered ones I like best....been into cinnamon lately..their great.

All this typing is making me hungry - think I'll go eat 2 PB&J's and a quart of Choc. milk...yum yum
 
well i do love the powder gems that come in a bag. i also love me just plain krispey kremes and chocolate iced KK's. pbj is also a fav, i get real high and those are all very pleasing when baked. lately ive been feeling the urge to just devour these caramel chocolate ghiradelli squares. man i love them. i eat like 3 bags of them. you get them at target or any grocery. yes i do eat like an asshole but if i don't eat like that i lose weight fast

I was suppose to get my cheat meals in this weekend and I failed....damn it......I just rather would eat some homemade snacks bars and munch in the pm, isthat ok? Damn box of fig newtown and oreos left untoched........

The part that I keep telling myself when I bulk, I kind of didn't want to but if I ever want to think of seeing 4 plates or even 6 plates on my bench and squats and all that I've got too. The thing I keep telling myself is how easy fat is to lose in comparison to gaining muscle.

I would make Fig Newton and Orea Sammiches, I don't know how'd they taste but damnit, I'd do it. How much have ya put on anywho? I read through your journal but I don't think I recall seeing any numbers?

1lb of lean sirloin old el paso taco mix. i'll put the whole thing down myself throughout the night. earlier had great steak combo with cheese fries and a six pack of apple sauce throughout the morning. i couldn't do a heavy break fast tonight. been munchin on double chocolate chip cookies and sour cream and cheddar ruffles as well. i just moved so its hard to hit it up right

who cares if your abs are fading (which they aren't), you're on a bulk man. You obviously KNOW you know how to cut. What's really the big deal if you get a gut (which you won't for a looong time). You have proven to yourself you know how to lose one. What you haven't proven to yourself is that you can bulk. Do you really want to live your life knowing that you never reached your goals because you were afraid of a faded ab?

4,000 cals a day for 3 weeks now man........hardly something to laugh at......although I still have those fucking figs and oreos.........just dont get really hunfry till after training then its too late.......
 
jk it is never too late bro. i am telling you a year ago i could not even eat in the morning at all. yogurt maybe and i still wanted to puke. its better now but still sometimes i just can't do it. also i can't eat big lunches i just don't have the appetite then. i am like you after my day is over and i have trained i get hungry. i eat like every 30 minutes till i fall asleep and many times wake up and shovel down food. i can't really puff till later and that is when i get hungriest. your stomach is like a rubber band bro. you have to stretch it out slowly and it can hold more throughout the day. that is why the eating champions drink gallons of water the night before to stretch out their stomachs. there is true techniques to training yourself to eat and i am still learning them. you are a lot like me man, i can tell. i mean i'm not as obsessive as you lol, but the timing of our appetites and our frames are very similar. just eat as much as you can at night man, just keep eating. drink mad water and gatorade so you don't wake up cramped and constipated lol, that is the only thing i'll have happen. i can wake up with the worst stomach aches ever, but its all part of the game man. i eat when i can, no pain on gain
 
3500 cals this week aint no joke...i dont know how you do it bruce.....1 week I look and feel like +12%......and it's been clean...y the time pm rolls around, are your abs usually faded as well?

all good hear brotha i have a fucked up disc in my back so i'm doing physical therapy on it, i'm gonna have to go light on lifting for a bit and hold off on my cycle till my pain subsides. i ate pizza tonight with a .5lb filet and i'm bout to take down a whole thing of oatmeal cookies soft baked the big ones. weed man, thats how i do it. i love to eat and i just keep track of it now. its simple. i can't eat as much in the day so i make up for it the second i get home, if i am a tiny bit hungry i eat, never feel hungry when i'm home, thats how i do
 
I honest to GOD need to know HOW you do it and the science behind it....don't give me this genetic excuse bull shit, becuase that's not it.....are you shredded all year long? If so, abs are tight in the am, then pm rolls around and after you've been scarfing food all day + drinking, are they faded and is this normal? Water retention? It's just so fing depressing....it makes me want to start to do cardio again, but I only do it for 30 minutes 1x a week in the pm compared to 7 when I used to......so, given that, I guess my state is ok, having a tiny blurr at night without cardio...


I guess it's my mind....I truly have a shitty view of how abs are SUPPOSE to be.......Are we suppose to be this ripped? Can most people see there abs as well as us? I'm sorry to kill you with this ab thing, but I view it as the best gauge, as obviously we store fat there FIRST......let me know.......what can I take or do to stay lean during this phase? I understand I will gain fat and have no problem changing fat for strength, but when I stay the same in the gym (WEAK!) that's when it gets frustrating and I think, shit, if I'm going to stay weak, whjy slam all these cals and why not do cardio.....you with me?
 
bro one hour it might look like i have 7-8 abs another it will look like i have 4-6 it just depends on. i piss every damn 30mins cause i drink so much gatorade and water so i am usually not bloated but sometimes if i dont' get in the fluids i am. yes man i am shredded all year long. it is genetics not bullshit. bro i haven't trained in a few days just takin vicodin and getting physical therapy, still eating like mad and i don't put on an ounce of fat. i don't know what to tell ya. me and my girl laugh when i eat a bunch of mcd's and shit and my abs look even better. its just genetics. if i get lazy i get more ripped. so you can see its not difficult to stay ripped while eating and training right. feel me. you are a bit older than me, i'm 26 in a few days, but you have to get over your abs.

look man, by the look of your abs they will not go away even at like 15% or more. you are like slat1 who at 20 or so bf i think he said had still 8 visible abs. i don't know if you really want to compete or what. i never did and never could because i am just not built for that, but i modeled for a while with a major company and my abs don't touch yours and they loved them man. guys like you with those insane 8 packs that stick out of their shirts(i like my abs but i'm not gonna say they are like yours) they can beef up and still keep them. i had a friend who was 6 2 160 probably about 6% because all he ate was a smoothie and sushi and did mad cardio. our agent agreed to buy his sushi every meal if he would eat like a man and get up to 175 or so. he got up and probably went up to 10% but his abs still blew mine away still at the same bf. it got him a major print job for a cologne company. all he had to do was get a bit bigger and they used the light to extentuate his abs and he looked as lean as before. made a shit load of money and he'll get residuals for the rest of his life. its a major company btw in major mags. no matter what bf i got to i would never have landed it because i just don't have that perfect ab structure like you and him. my point is your abs are your genetic advantage. so they are not gonna go away fast. my advantage is that i do not get fat no matter what. but my abs aren't as crazy as you even at the same bf. so use your advantages know your weaknesses and work accordingly. my chest sucks and there is nothing i can do about it but keep working at it. i just am happy my back looks good. you should always be ripped in bruce's opinion with your gentetics and diet.
 
with those abs you should be getting on 20 lbs of lean mass and be on the cover of the 2xist underwear box. that might sound gay but the money you would make and be able to train and eat free for long time is far from gay.
 
I finish working out about 430pm. I usually lay down about 9ish as I have to be up at 5am for work. Problem: I have ZERO appetite postworkout. I usually have a shake, and force down a salad about an hour later. Then I'm stufed for the night. However, midnight, 2am, 4am rolls around and I am STARVING...it actually wakes me up. Last night for example, I had a casein shake with almonds at 9pm, slep, woke starving, had a muscle milk with some veggies.......slept....woke at 2am, same deal....another shake with some pb.....does this mean I'm not eating enough during the day(Im stuffing myself with 3500 cals).......or what? Does anyone else have this problem? Is this a recipe for fat gain? If I continue to drink shakes, eat bars, veggies, etc when I wake?
 
I think the problem is that shakes and salads digest very quickly bro. Try some anpb or cottage cheese or meat or even nuts at least.. something tangible the body can work to break down over 5+ hours
 
ive told him a million times, quit with the supps, eat meat and meat and meat, there is no sub for food, its not gonna make you more lean to do a bunch of shakes and shit
