The University of Nebraska football book is titled Complete Conditioning For Football. I just finished it for the second time, some good basic theory, lots of pics of how to do movements and drills, and then in the back position specific agility and running drills, as well as 3 weightlifting programs which are each seperated into 3 different stages. It also tells how to combine the running and agility with the lifting.
Training For Speed by Charlie Francis is a godd book for sprint training, because after all, he trained Ben Johnson.
Go to the library and read all thier free books first before you go buy any They might not have a good selection but chances are they'll have a couple good ones, and maybe a gem!
