instead of pushing... think and focus on pulling your elbows tward you..
if you were benching and i grabbed you at the elbow and pushed it closer to your body. it would make it easier for you.. does thank sound clear at all?

I'm new to this forum and would like to know if anyone has a good powerlifting bench routine. My raw bench is somewhere in the mid 4's and would like to reach 500 without the use of a shirt. If anyone could help with a routine it would be great.
because my arms are so long its always harder when i bench press i can only do about 120kg without a spotter for about 6 reps hopefully with my current workout program i can make it about my bodyweight in a few months 142kg
