Hey guys;
I just wanted to say Thanks for all the helpful info I have received and the helpful info I know I will receive in the future. I just wanted to let you know you guys had a big impact in my eating habbits and I guess sometimes people got to say thanks! So Fucking Thanks! I have officially and successfully changed my eating habits and my diet(wich I don’t call a diet anymore, it’s a WAY OF LIFE! LOL). I would not of been able to upload my diet pics w/o a shirt on if you guys/gals hadn’t made me feel comfortable with everyone.
I can tell the future will be good and within the next year I GUARENTEEEEEE everyone I will be under 10% BF for the first time of my life too just like pintoca wants to. I feel I can really do it now just because I am really seeing results since joining the board and getting some great info. You guys are like an online Fam that is always there for everyone. And ya people get flamed and I know I will probably get flamed by some of ya in the future for saying something stupid, but who cares!
I will keep everyone updated with my stats and my BF drops and I look better lol. I feel a lot better then I used to and I am more comfortable with my body and ill be damned if I ever get as heavy as I was before. Besides, since I lost my weight I got girls putting my name on their underwear! LOL Im dead serious! Thanks guys again. And if anyone ever needs any helpm from me, even though you guys are smarted and shit just ask, because you don’t understand how long I read this damn site and every other god damn body building article under the sun! Thanks guys again! And Karma to you ALL!
P.S. im not kidding about the name on the underwear lol And for you bastards who don’t believe me! I made sure I took a picture! Lol!
