Hi Girls,

I just wanted to thank you all for all the support you have given me in the past 2 weeks. If you remember I posted about how I was feeling discouraged...? Well a bunch of you gave me some great advice on how to get my motivation back. Well it's back and stronger than ever. I have been keeping a journal and aside from my leg press and squat I have gone up in weight on every excercise. I am trying really hard to push past 3 plates on the leg press. Yesterday I actually did 4 plates but for only 4 reps and my husband had to spot me, but you gotta start somewhere right? Also, I started running!!! I have never, ever,ever been able to run in my life. Finally I can. I keep a mental note on how far I have ran and how fast and every cardio session I try to improve on it. My diet is great as well. I still have mental battles with myself in the gym, but I am winning. Thank you all so much!! You really will never know what this means to me!!!

Hi!! Keep up the good work. I also started running a few months ago..and when you've never ran before..it does feel wonderful. I really like running and it's my favorite form of cardio..mostly because I can do it outside and it's so calming and tranquil. It feels good to have the wind whipping through your hair and the breeze hitting your face. It releases some wonderful endorphins..I always feel like I've had sex after I run...makes me feel THAT good.

I can't tell ya how much inspiritation the women have given me here so many times. They're a fantastic group of people. :)
