Have to give a shout out for the leg workout you gave me.... 6 deads, 6squats , and 6 cleans... I use to hate legs, now I love it. I get all my compund lifts in; I get to go light for first half and heavy the second half. Also I get to do more iso/rows/pull-ups for my back day as I don't have to deadlift.... Love this leg workout , and with some cardio is a great workout... Thanks for the suggestion man
