The differene is between simply ineffective and having the opposite effect. I don't particularly have an opinion on the chastity programs but I do get annoyed at chronic mischaracterization.

Please Explain This man.i was under the impression that anything a human can do would be human nature.some are bad some are good.and as far as progress goes progressives/liberals want sustainability.that means things like biodiesel ,wind power,recycling ect.most republicans i know would say that these things are going backwards.because these things might cause you to be a little uncomfortable .i mean those things are a pain in the ass.you actually have to pay attention not waste things and work a little.just like sex education and excepting the fact that your little girl in pigtails will want to have sex around 13 or 14.so you had better teach her what to do and what not to do.instead of ignoring it and "praying" to keep her strong.to keep her safe.i guess they just have a different definition of progress.
