@ConAir great update man. Looking massive.

Update:
unfortunately have had the last week of due to a minor lower back injury from the previous week's leg session, came back yesterday with a decent chest/tris session with incline Smith bench working up to 2½ plates, plate loaded chest press at 3 plates, chest dips and multi-flight flys. wrapped up with press downs and tricep dips on dip machine

Weight: 93kg

1000008893.webp

1000008895.webp

Food
easy to track eating the same thing every day with the exception of dinner changing but always being around 50g protein and appropriate cals, the Mrs knows the drill

1000008909.webp

Training
Still hit 10k steps minimum every day without training as I work construction, the scales are saying 93kg currently so on track with the cut though scale weight obviously isn't indicative of fat loss.
next update will have legitimate training discussion

PEDs
Coming off a cruise and while in the cut I've started low with 180mg Test E + 120mg EQ weekly, have not ran EQ before so testing the waters and titrating the doses up

you have that tight ripped look dude i love it
up the fats though

Update:
Solid training this week, felt strong every day and every lift, feel like I have more energy even during the day at work since introducing the EQ - despite bringing the food down even lower again this week to really dial in the home stretch of the tidy up. Pumps were looking juicy and I was getting a few more reps out in top sets than in previous weeks

Weight: 91kg

1000009150.webp

1000009151.webp

Food
As stated above brought the food down this week fasting after dinner through until morning tea at 10pm, just having EAAs in the morning for breakfast. Consiquence of removing a meal meant less protein for the day but still kept it at more than 2g per kg

1000009725.webp

1000009312.webp

PEDs
Ramped up doses starting this week to 450mg Test and 300mg EQ, pinned daily (65mg test and 43mg EQ)

Food
As stated above brought the food down this week fasting after dinner through until morning tea at 10pm, just having EAAs in the morning for breakfast. Consiquence of removing a meal meant less protein for the day but still kept it at more than 2g per kg

Been consistent with training at eating the last few weeks with calories staying around the 5k mark. Energy and mood still great no issues apart from starting to feel the fatigue of constant eating and having DOMS from consistent training but that's the trade off for the gains

Update:
Been consistent with training at eating the last few weeks with calories staying around the 5k mark. Had bloods checked on the weekend and everything is squeaky clean very happy and relieved, with the exception of E2 being on the lower end. Strength keeps climbing every week pushing new PBs. Energy and mood still great no issues apart from starting to feel the fatigue of constant eating and having DOMS from consistent training but that's the trade off for the gains

update:
Come to the end of this bulk, reached an all time high of 102.5kg but have started to see fat gaining. made the decision to change food down after a good 8 week bulk, I've reduced carbs down to only pre, intra and post workout meals with a maximum of 250g a day, reduced fats down to 100g per day as well bringing daily calories down to 2600. I wouldn't call this a cut as I'm keeping protein high at 300g, just wanting to slowly recomp back down to the goal of 91kg while still building muscle albeit slower, keeping carbs around training to keep hypertrophy but allowing body fat to be burned the rest of the day/night. the goal is to be on stage in 6 months for season A IFBB, and this approach should make for a much easier prep rather than having to cut a tonne of fat. I also immediately feel much more energy being on low carbs, don't feel lethargic and bloated all day.

Update:
scale weight down to 99kg already from the low carbs/cals, would be mostly water weight. feeling much less lethargic and immediately look less puffy in the face and mid section looking less squishy, i feel like I function much better on lower carbs and haven't felt drained or low energy. Coach and I have decided to lower the PED doses while in this recomposition phase for the sake of health, will be halving the dosages down to 300mg test and 150 eq per week, still pinned daily

update:
weighing in at 96.5kg, tidy up is going well and abs are coming through more prominently, more vascular and waist taking shape. havent gone down in any lifts, energy during sessions is lower though and feel myself gassed alot earlier. Satisfied with the amount of food I'm getting in through the day and happy to keep cals/carbs at this level for a while. Have been hammering legs 2-3 times a week in an effort to bring them up, slow progress but some change

Fasted Weight: 96.5kg

@ConAir 96kgs is hard to believe. You look at least 110 or 120 kg, you're a big dude. You got some big size. You hold your weight really well.

Definitely solid job on the upper body. You've got the physique for a bodybuilder. So I think you're going to definitely have a lot of success over the next year or two. @ConAir
