Approved Log Testosterone + Equipoise + Anavar 2025 Winter Cycle

update:
weighing in at 96.5kg, tidy up is going well and abs are coming through more prominently, more vascular and waist taking shape. havent gone down in any lifts, energy during sessions is lower though and feel myself gassed alot earlier. Satisfied with the amount of food I'm getting in through the day and happy to keep cals/carbs at this level for a while. Have been hammering legs 2-3 times a week in an effort to bring them up, slow progress but some change

Fasted Weight: 96.5kg

update:
Fasted Weight of 96kg this morning, but the amount of carbs I've eaten this weekend alone i expected it to be far higher with an Italian restaurant Friday night and all you can eat sushi last night for 2 back to back family events, this was the mother of all re-feeds and happy to see that my body has mostly used those calories for good. feel like my shape is starting to become nice and round and starting to see awesome separation and fullness, every week im more and more happy with my look as I'm putting all my energy into the weak spots that need addressing being legs/glutes and upper back/rear delts

Concluding this Log

This is the end of this off season and this log, this week is the start of my prep for season A IFBB Melbourne ametuer contest and my first ever experience competing.
I'm happy with the growth over this off season though I definitely could have been more locked in, I had an overseas trip earlier in the year for my birthday and prior to that had a couple weeks away from training, a few spells of time off from being crook.
Also could have handled the bulk before this tidy up phase better, increased my calories a bit too high and ended up getting too fat and having to bring that back under control, though in that time I did make some great gains.

I finish this off season at 97kg, 2.5kg heavier than starting weight but in much tighter condition

Massive thanks to @Sassy's Pharmaceuticals for the sponsorship and to @Gains Man my coach

My favorite is the front pose. The biceps are absolutely huge. I'm definitely going to be following your bicep routine. It definitely works. @ConAir

You are Mr. Muscle Man for sure. @ConAir I think you've got more muscle than I do even. That's very impressive.
