weigh in 108kg, the result of going away for work and not being disciplined during that time.

felt good being back to my routine and doing my own meal prep

my nutrition plan since coming back is to mainly focus on hitting my protein targets of 200 g a day

the remainder of this week went well,

i did chest yesterday and arms today, my weight is down 4kg already from my trip away.

it is good being home and eating lean, i made mince and cooked chicken breast on the bbq mainly eating with avacado and eggs and leb bread.

arm workout today was as follows
