Test Eth Cycle....

I'm 175 lbs @ 10% bf right now (using 3 point measurement). I lost some progress last week due to Mother's Day. We had a big feast and I just couldn't miss out. I'm going to step up and do cardio after workouts atleast 3 times per week from here on out.

Sides:
Both nipples are a little sore. Only notice it when I push in on them. I'm currently running Aromasin @ 12.5mg/EOD. I'm going to start the Bromo up @ 2.5mg/EOD starting tomorrow (Monday 5-18-09).

I sweat like a hog when at work and when I'm working out. As far as night sweats go, I haven't had any. Sleep loss is inconsistant. Some nights I have trouble, others I sleep like a baby. I don't think I would really call the sleep loss a symptom of the tren because I've had issues prior to this cycle.

Chest 44.75" ***Previously was 43", but I don't think the tape line was in the widest point. Had help tonight. I do look wider in my chest and back though, so I know there is some increase.

***Shit is getting great. I did a lot of supersets tonight due to the lack of time and also just wanting to push the pace for that extra fat burning edge. This might be one of my best workouts ever. I felt really good on the way to the gym and knew that it was going to be a great night. I love these feelings!
 
We need to go right into keto bro. Start by dropping 50 grams of carbs of your daily diet. Feel free to add more protein if you like. But this week drop 50 grams of carbs ed of your diet. This is not a compete keto. When i get back we will go into complete keto.
 
Quick and shitty update:

Monday I work I hurt my left wrist. I thought I broke it at first but I think its just sprained. I didn't workout monday and today (tuesday) I had to go really light. I wrapped it up real tight but still hurt like a bitch. I got 275 on the bitch but was damn near in tears. After the flat bench and incline db press, I had to really slack off when doing back because the pain was just too much. I'm taking Ibuprofren throughout the day and icing it at night. I'm hoping that if I nurse it, by the end of the week I'll be good to go. That way I can push the hell out of it next week.

Also, on Monday I had my first tren cough experience. It was very mild luckily. I inserted the needle in my glute and aspirated, everything was good. When I had about 3/4cc left, my girlfriend said something that made me laugh and I slightly moved the needle. When I pulled the needle out, I noticed 2 little droplets of blood in the base. About 15 seconds after the injection, I had a overwhelming feeling come over my chest and a tickle in the back of my throat. I knew what was coming. I immediately started sipping on water and tried to focus on controlling my breathing. When I had to cough, I tried to make it as soft as possible. For the most part, I was able to control it pretty well. I can see where it could easily get out of control and be quite frightening. Approximately 2 minutes later, everything was feeling back to normal.

Advice to all you out there, if/when you have your first Tren Cough experience, that main thing is "Don't Panic." Focus on controlling your breathing and try to control the intesity of the cough as well. Sipping on water will help keep the coughs down as well.

My goal is to begin bulking up for a show next year. We (needto and I) are going to shoot for competing around the weight of 205. I'm currently 176 lbs.

Tomorrow starts Week 9 of my 12 weeker. I'm changing up to a bulking diet and a 4 day training split. Its time to start putting on the mass. I'm hoping to do a show around this time next year and compete around the 200-205 lbs rain. I'm going to keep it more of a lean bulk for then next couple months because I would like to maintain my abs through the month of September.

back to the 5x5 program bro. Start out as you did last time. We will tweak the program a bit, add some extra as we go along. But you know exactly how to do it and you know it builds mass. We will add a extra work out day on the week end. I will come up with that work out for you this week. I want you to start the 5x5 program monday though. Back to the basic mass building lifts. I will right out a full diet plan for you tomorrow night. Its all about packing on the muscle now man.

Today is my day off from the gym. Both of my nips are sore right now. I was taking Aromasin @ 12.5mg/ED but it wasn't enough. This week I started taking it @ 25mg/ED. I have some Letro coming so I'll give it a try if the Aromasin doesn't do the job within a couple weeks. I'm going to run the Test for 12 weeks. Strength is through the fucking roof. My lower back is still hurting really bad though, so I'm going to watch myself when I deadlift and squat. I'm trying to get an appointment with the doctor because there is a slight numbness feeling in my left calve. The pain started in my lower back (left side), working into my hip and now down into my calve/ankle. Almost feels like an ankle sprain. The symptoms I'm experiencing is like a bulging disc. I've been icing it every night and taking ibuprofren in morning to help with the pain.

Today I got in my Skeletal Balm and Forged Joint Relief from www.needtobuildmuscle.com. I plan on using the Skeletal Balm on my lower back and left calve 3 times per day. Once in the morning, once before workout and once after workout. I'm also going to take the Forged Joint Relief (2 caps/ED) in the mornings.

Skeletal Balm Review

Day 1 of using the Skeletal Balm. The first thing I noticed about this was its smell. It actually smells pretty damn good. Has a hint of peppermint to it. I noticed a gentle soothing feeling when I applied it on my calve and lower back. It began easing the pain within minutes. So far it seems to be one bad ass product. Stay tuned!

7-13-09 Update

Well bros, this is an update that I wish I didn't have to post. This morning I woke up with terrible back pain. All down my left leg was a tingling/numbness feeling. I finally broke down and went to the doctor. It was just getting to hard to deal with. I've been put on a number of medications and a MRI scheduled due to the numbness in my leg. I was going to run the Test out for 2 more weeks (making it a total of 12 weeks) but I have decided not to and start my PCT next week. Also, he advised me to give my body a total break to help speed up recovery time. I will not be lifting any until I feel recovered. I don't want to cause any
long term/permanent damage. When I come back, I'll be starting the Dogg Crap Training.

When things pick back up, I'll be keeping a detailed log with pics.

MRI is Sunday and I'm dreading it. I am closterphobic, so I'm not looking forward to this one. I've been on my prescriptions for a week now. The back pain is pretty much gone but my left calve is still numb and tingling, probably from a bulging disk. I just hope its nothing serious. I've been smothering all week because I haven't been to the gym. I have taken my extra free time to help some buddies with their diets and training routines, so it helps with my fitness cravings! haha

I got my MRI results today. Its a herniated disc. They are scheduling me an apointment with a specialist.

I feel you bro!! remember when I went down while on my cycle journal. It pissed me off cause I did not have control over it. Take everything one day a time and try not to think to far ahead. Lets see what the specialist tells you

Quick Update:


I've been out of the weight room for 4 weeks now hoping that my back would feel better. Unfortunately I'm still in pain and its mainly because of my line of work. Each day I have to do a lot if lifting and work in an enviornment that keeps me bent over most of the stay. This keeps irritating the herniated disc. I see a surgical pathologist on Sept. 2nd to discuss further rehab. I'll be starting my physical therapy then. They are hoping that at my age (26), it will be able to repair itself. Right now, surgery is our last option.

I know right now you are in a rough stop with the back hurting but I want you to not give up on yourself and all the people who have been watching you for so long now... He have a hill in front of you. Show your self and others that hills can be moved no matter how big they are. Dig in deep now like you did when it was crunch time for the contest and find that inner strength that we both know you have.

Injury sucks man! You hurt your back doing deads? I worry about that sometimes because I go pretty heavy and have never used a belt. I never feel any kind of strain on my back though. My lower back gets sore the next day but in a good way. Great log though man. I was reading yours a lot before I started mine. Hope you heal up and can get back into it 100% Thanks for checking my log out. Any input is greatly appreciated.

No, I hurt my back at work. I'm a underground coal miner. I was carrying some cyinder blocks in low coal. When its around
55" and you have to carry heavy objects for a good distance, you are setting yourself up for injury. Too much awkward lifting.

As far as the deadlifts go, make sure you form is good and wear that belt and you should be to go bro.
 
Hey man, I just wanted to offer a tiny bit of advice. I saw Evan Centopani doing this. Make a shake of low fat milk, I do it a 20 ounce shaker. I take two cups uncooked oats and put it in the shaker and fill the rest with milk. Evan also adds a few scoops protein (I can not afford it) and a tablespoon macadamia nut oil (you can use olive oil). Its a very cheap easy way to get down about 1000 cal and it is all high quality. I do this after my last meal sometimes when I can no longer fit any solid food down. Trying to cook 2 cups of oats and eat it after a meal would be impossible because it expands so much. Another thing I do sometimes is to make a huge meal and even though I am not hungry I put on some headphones and listen to metal while I eat. I call this "POWER-EATING"... The music really does help and I will sometimes use visualization techniques during this time also. I just ask myself how bad I want to get bigger. Eating sucks. I hate food now.:p

Hey bros...I'm back! I've been working out for about 2 weeks now. I'm still taking things nice and slow but it feels great to get back in the gym. Each week, I'm gradually picking the pace back up. I plan on being full force by the middle of December. I plan on starting the new year out with a nice little cycle. haha

right now we are trying to put on as much mass as i can. goal is to get around 205-210 lbs and then cut down to around 198 for the summer...i want to compete at 198 in a show near the end of the summer of 2010.

***This was a good workout. It felt good to start doing deadlifts again. It was hard to hold back and not go balls to the wall on these again. I go back to the specialist in a couple weeks, so I'm hoping after that I'll be good to go.
 
Just got done hard boiling a dozen large eggs. Going to starting eating 3 of them each morning to go along with my whey shake. That will give me an extra 18 grams of protein to start the day off. So by the end of breakfast, I'll have 48 grams of protein in me.

3 eggs = 18 grams
1 scoop of whey protein = 22 grams
1 cup of 2% milk = 8 grams

***Strength is really rising fast. I love muscle memory. Strength is going up as if I was on cycle. I have 2 other workout partners who train with me. As soon as the 2nd guy finished his set, I started my new one. It was nice pace workout that kept us breathing heavy throughout the entire workout. Once again, at the end of the workout, I didn't want to leave. I fucking love it!
