No sure where this should go, in the picture section all i seen was cock pics didn't want to be anywhere close to that gayness. Hows the progress looking guys, today is beginning of week 5 just finished my Tbol. Im up 11Lbs so far, just upped calories to 2750 thinking about switching to 3k soon want to keep gains as lean as possible. Any tips? Running a 40/40/20 for macros right now, trying to get atleast 300g protein a day.

1-4 Tbol 60mg ED
1-12 Test E 500mg/week
8-14 Anavar 60mg ED

Looks like a solid cycle. I like running tbol 6 weeks, prob the only thing I woulda done different. I think upping the cals sounds like a good idea to put
more mass unless you're trying to lean out more with that anavar at the end. Either way you'll like your results

thats the only problem here...its hard to get alot of opinions when only a few answer ya and 500 people view a thread and dont respond....im running the same for my first cycle except with test cyp....just started yesterday

Got my blood results back: Have at it! Safe to say my Aromasin is bunk?

After doing a little more research on common E2 levels during cycle they say its not uncommon to have E2 jump 10x natural levels. That in theory would make my E2 acceptable but it still making me nervous. Does it look like to anyone, that my AI isnt working at all? Or would you said i should just up the dose.

Thanks for the help steve, since im no longer sure that my Aromasin is up to par im dropping it. Simply because i don't have enough to last all cycle if i up the dose(went through a shitstorm getting this amasin to begin with, took 4x longer than it should have to ship). I do have a shit load of different branded Adex tho, just as well try that for 2 weeks @ .25mg ED, get blood re-done and dial it in exactly from there. Solid plan?

Gotta remember that there are hundreds if not thousands of newbs and lurkers that don't speak up bc they prob don't know much. Just soaking up the knowledge lol
