Approved Log Test E, EQ and NPP growth cycle Log

Figured I’d throw this in here for yall! This is exactly 1 year apart, same pose and I’m mid way through my 2nd cycle now - first cycle was 10 week 200mg test E then bumped to 300mg for weeks 10-15. Weeks 15-18 were 25mg Anavar a day 18-20 were 50mg Anavar

Good move to seek some mental health help. The real strength here is not bottling emotions up and realising you need help and reaching out.

It's not a weakness. You can learn a lot about yourself and really good mechanisms to help you in the future.

Look after yourself mate and you know you have people in your corner to reach out to.

OVERVIEW: didn’t record my workout

Workout: Back/Bis/Shoulders
3x12@100kgs Lat pull downs

1x12@100kgs - forgot name (pulling towards yourself with cables)
2x12@95kgs - forgot name

1x12@30kgs bicep curl machine (weight plate)
1x8@25kgs bicep curl machine (weight plate)
2x10@25kgs bicep curl machine (weight plate)

(These started strong and went to shit after the first set because I haven’t eaten enough)
I continued to do more workouts but got mentally sidetracked in though and didn’t write them down


Supplements daily: Fish oil, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Magnesium, Iron (every 2nd day) and more but I don’t have them on me atm


Financials: Hmmmmmmm


MENTAL HEALTH: 3/10

Increase in comparison to prior days. I’ve done an awful lot of reflecting lately and my sense of self worth today has drastically increased. I’m pretty fucking incredible as a person and I see that now and what I bring to the table. I have some shit to work on of course I’m not perfect but I know what I need to do to become the best version of myself.

Lots of learning, lots of healing, lots of growth

I truly now think I’m deserving of genuine love, compassion and time


Physical health: 8/10

3x12@117kgs leg extensions
3x12@??? Hamstring curls slow and controlled
3x12@80kgs standing abductor machine (weight plate loaded)


Supplements daily: fish oil, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, magnesium


Financials: Hmmmmmmm


MENTAL HEALTH: 3/10
Going minimal contact with the ex for the next two weeks to give her space and see how she feels. I’m confident it will work out. If it doesn’t I’ll be crushed BUT I’m confident in myself and won’t let this affect how I view myself.

We said we were doing our own thing for the night yesterday (we were both kid free) ended up at the gym training separately AGAIN, then started working out together. Went for a walk around a local park and talked for a while then spent the night together just doing our normal routine (Shower, massage and our tv show) as one last kinda thing before giving space.

I’m unsure if it’s helped me or hindered me emotionally, I fucking love this woman and want this to work more then I can put into words. It genuinely feels as if my life is falling apart and there’s nothing I can do to stop it no matter how hard I try and fucking hell am I trying

Alright, another day where I couldn’t move if it wasn’t for my KLOW80… didn’t sleep well and couldn’t get out of bed

Great father son day today. Lots of laughs, plenty of sun, park visit, bike rides and clothes shopping plus lunch!

Really fucking good day, he’s in crèche atm while I workout and I’m keen to spend the rest of the week with him that’s for sure

Not doing well breakup wise though, the thoughts are creeping in about it. I miss her, I miss the kids, I miss my family

I heard back from the new job today though and I’ve got my next 3 weeks planned out, looks like some fantastic learning to be done and it’s all supported too!

Trip to Melbourne upcoming as well with work! Super stoked to be flying again!
