Hey guys here's the log for today. Day 10 with tren today and I'm loving it so far! The hardness of muscles that tren delivers is great and was very noticeable to me starting about day 7. Also the vascularity is great! I am noticing some pimples popping up here and there some on my chest and upper back and a couple on my face. I had pretty good acne all throughout my teenage years so one thing I can say is I'm surprised I haven't noticed any more pimples than I've gotten because this is nothing lol. Also I'm noticing the reduced cardio effect of tren and boy is it brutal, I go to class at a university and just doing a good 7-10 minute brisk walk between classes I'm getting out of breath so if you plan on doing cardio with tren I suggest taking sarms as I've been researching and they have the effect to calm the sides of tren. That's not really a concern for me at this point as I'm trying to gain as much mass as possible and doing no cardio at this point. Trained back today and it was great! Went up on everything and had an outstanding pump in my lats from the first set of pull ups. Was able to pull 505 for 10 today on rack deads and last week was only able to get 465 for 7, so that should give y'all a pretty good idea of how my strength has been shooting up and its only day 10! Appetite is through the roof and if you can imagine I'm still hungry even after eating what my diet is now (posted it a couple days ago on here). Sweating more than usual also in the gym and also outside the gym but still not experiencing any brutal tren night sweats, I did sweat a little two nights ago but nothing like I've heard so not too sure if it was caused by the tren or just that it was a little warmer than usual in the room. Think that's about all I have to update on today guys. Feel free to comment back with your advice or comments or anything! Thanks for following and I'll be back tomorrow to update.

Day 11 on tren

Log for today is probably gonna be short and sweet guys, not much to update on today. One thing I am noticing with the tren is I'm starting to break out pretty good on my upper back/traps area and also my upper chest, a few here and there on my arms and face but nothing to bad there. That surprises me because when I was a teen I would always break out bad on my face and never any where else and now with tren its the opposite. I started feeling hot all day today almost unbearable hot at times so thinking the night sweats could begin tonight so we'll see. Trained shoulders today and it was a great workout, was stronger than last week and am noticing my front and side delt and getting a lot more round than before, especially my side delt it is really starring to pop out! Traps also are getting nice and thick I'd say those were the first thing to grow for me when starting this cycle. Diet was spot on today so hoping for nice quality mass gains. Still not getting the weight gain I want but gonna let tren do its thing and see if it trims some fat and adds muscle at the same time so the "weight change" won't be there but I'll be gaining mass while losing fat. I'll post pics Sunday and y'all can be the judge and see how they compare to the pics from 2 weeks ago. I feel personally I'm a little leaner but bigger and fuller, so we'll see what y'all think. So far nothing has been unbearable, no problems sleep or anything like that I always get a good quality 6-7 hours of sleep mon-Fri and around 8-10 hours sat and sun so enjoying that. Well guys I believe that's all for today, I'll always post new measurements on Sunday and y'all can see how those compare to whenever the last time I posted measurements was, I believe it was 3 weeks ago but I'll go back and check, anyways thanks for following and feel free to comment back, ask questions, critique or do whatever guys. Quick question on your diet- when you say 2 cups of oats is that cooked? Cause I can't imagine someone taking 2 cups of dry oats and then cooking and eating it, I'm pretty sure the sheer volume of that much oats is bigger than the human stomach.
 
Bro I can't believe you're already 265! That's So much weight to put on In such a short of time! I love the quality your putting into this log, quite possibly the best log I've seen so far :-) I bet those night sweats are gonna start pourin in soon! Keep up on that water intake bro.

I kno man it's crazy! Thanks man that's one thing I was going to make sure and do this log, wanted it to be as detailed as possible so everyone could benefit from this. I had my days of going to find logs so I could gain some knowledge off them but to be honest they all either lasted 2 weeks maybe before they quit logging, or didn't put much time into them. That's what I'm thinking to, i didn't have them last night so maybe here soon I'm burning up during the day tho! Thanks for following bro!

No bro it's 2 cups of dry oats. I honestly have no problem putting 2 cups down along with some eggs and coffee in the morning. Maybe it's just my stomach who knows but it woes for me. Thanks for following brotha and stay tuned! Appreciate it!

Day 12 on tren

Hey guys, logs a little later than usual tonight sorry about that, but better late than never. Today weight was up to 266 so that's a plus and hopefully Sunday I'll be around 265 for my weekly weigh in. Today I trained arms and it was a great workout, pump was I have to say the best it has ever been for me, surprisingly it was better than the pumps from superdrol. I hope they stay like this from now on, if so this will definently be my favorite! Strength was up today and that's almost expected now, as I believe every workout I have gone up in strength from the previous week. Still the same sides, a little acne on my upper back/trap and chest, feeling extremely hot during the day but no night sweats as of yet, decreased cardio that's for sure lol I'm talking getting winded from walking briskly for about 5-10 min and that's no joke, and a little hair thinning here and there seems to come and go not sure why but other than that nothing to extreme but it is only day 12. I'll be posting some new measurements and pics along with my weekly weight change and any changes to my diet on Sunday so stay tuned for that guys. I think thats all to update on for today guys. Day 13 on tren

What's up guys, I'm hoping tomorrow I'll be around 265, I wanted that last weekend but didn't happen so hope tomorrow it will! Still no harsh sides to update on at this point. No night sweats or gyno anything like that. I am having a little body acne, get out of breath quickly, feel hot and sweat all day. No night sweats or insomnia yet either. Pumps are great that's for sure, supposed to be my off day but couldn't take it and went and trained some chest and it was great! Did more off a "squeeze" workout today with a lot of incline work to really hammer the upper chest. Diet was good today had some pancakes with my eggs this morning instead of oats but other than that it was all according to the diet plan. Might go train some back tomorrow who knows lol. Still have some deca so not sure if I should implement it into this cycle or not, I could run 6 weeks of the tren then finish off with 10 weeks of deca but thinking that might be too harsh for me, I'll let y'all know after I talk with my coach what we decide. If any of y'all have any advice let me know! Thanks for following guys and stay tuned for pics and weekly weight change tomorrow! Let me know what y'all think, thanks guys!

love following this cycle. have a question, and since you are working with a coach maybe something you could run by him. instead of implementing deca why not try running tren higher or longer? since tren is usually regarded as better in all aspects than deca and both are 19 nors it begs the questions. (personally I like tren more than.deca too) but I am by no means a expert kt coach so obviously follow his guidelines but just something to think about seeing as sides are not too much for you so far.

on a side note you are getting the exact sides I get from tren. hot body temp all day, sweat easier, shortness of breath, and a little body acne. which is the worst the tren effects get for me no matter what dose I run it duration ie 300mg/wk or 550mg/wk. and they start around week two and remain until I stop whether it be 6 weeks or 12.

I was also thinking that also bro! I think I might run tren longer because I simply love tren! I'm think 10 maybe, maybe 12 weeks if I feel up to it but that's pretty harsh with tren. Did you have better gains when you ran tren at 550 a week vs 300 a week? Let me know bro and thanks for following, that's what I want to hear! Appreciate it man!
