Up one pound from yesterday

What's up guys, today was my second injection of tren at 50mg and it went it nice and smooth. Injected into my glute for the first time and it wasn't too bad at all. Not experiencing any of the effects or sides from the tren yet as it is only the second day. Can't wait till the week mark! Trained chest today and it was a hell of a workout. All lifts still went up in weight and my pump was great as always. Just feel like I can keep going and going when were training and I'm loving it. Weight is still going up steadily so loving that of course! No new sides either from the test, libido is still great, hair loss is pretty much gone now that I've dropped the superdrol, little acne here and there but nothing major. I'll be updating tomorrow guys on how sleep was and how my day was. Thanks for following guys!

love the log.and have been following closely. looking pretty fucking swole props bud. have fun with tren, you will love it as long as you're not one if the unlucky guys who get god awful side effects. tren for me acts a lot like superdrol but stronger. better nutrient partitioning and strength gains. but they affect me nearly identical besides tren being stronger and less back pumps. sd is like an oral tren ime. unreal strength gains, and only dry dense muscle is added. which is why I think people say tren and sd burn fat, because it only adds dry lbm and people are always use to water weight and lbm which masks the true size gains you make. prepare to include tren in every cycle you ever do again, because once you go tren you never want to be without it. makes test alone seen like a really awesome creatine.

Day 3 on tren/test

What's up guys, day 3 on tren and everything is still going good and sound. Still experiencing no sides yet from the tren, no night sweats, insomnia or anything like that but could be to soon to tell right now. I will say after my 3rd injection today I've felt hot but not the normal kind of hot, kinda hard to explain but almost as if you have the sun shining on you and your skin is burning that kind of hot if that makes sense. Not sure if that's from the tren or just something else I'm experiencing, maybe someone with more knowledge than me on it can chime in. Workout was back today and it was great as expected! Weight was up on everything and pumps were still insane. I'm liking the way I'm shaping up and feel I'm gaining good mass. My weight this week hasn't gone up any yet not sure if that's due to the tren or just its time for me to add some more food, we'll see how it is at the end of the week and determine what I need to do. I'm loving everything guys and have no regrets at this point only good things to say! Getting anxious for that one week mark and then beyond that on tren to see what it brings. Day 4 on test/tren

Same as yesterday

Update for today is gonna be short and sweet probably guys. Today was my fourth pin of tren and for my first time ever I pinned into my delt, and i have to say it was the least painfull and smoothest injection I have ever done. I was a little weary at first thinking it would hurt a little since all the nerve endings but nope nothing, it was surprising but a relief! Its been about 6 hours since I pinned and I am feeling a but of pip in my delt but that's what I was expecting being my first time. As far as sides go I'm still not feeling anything yet from the tren, no night sweats, acne or anything of that nature which is a good thing assuming my tren is legit. I will say it feels as if I'm getting a little harder, not so much in my abdomen but in my arms, shoulders, legs and chest. Also getting veinier as the days go on which I'm loving. I've always been a vascular person but not so much in the off season but from what I'm seeing that looks like it could change this time around especially once the tren fully "kicks in". Trained shoulders today and it was a hell of a workout as always. I can honestly say these whole 39 days I haven't had a bad workout or a day where I didn't feel like going. I honestly wake up thinking about going to the gym and can't wait till that time gets here its great! Strength was up and pumps were great, usually don't get to good of pumps in my shoulders but today they were great in both my shoulders and traps. My shoulders are starting to look rounder and traps are looking nice and thick. Had some pizza today instead of my ground beef meal so hoping my weight will increase a little. Well guys I think that's about all for today, will update tomorrow, I'll be on the road tomorrow for about 7 hours so with my luck I'll start feeling the tren sides on the road but I'm hoping not lol. Day 5 on tren

What's up guys. Today was my 5th day and injection of tren and so far so good, no tren cough or anything like that. Today I have felt a little warmer than usual but nothing to extreme yet so still giving tren a couple days to run its course. Today I actually started to notice that my muscles are starting to harden up, even my abdominals are getting more defined. My diet right now is high calorie around 5500 with high carb mod protein and mod fat around 550/350/125 and I'm noticing the leaning effects of tren so this is great. I had to pin on the road today and that was a first lol but all was well. No new sides yet, not experiencing any night sweats or crazy dreams, aggression any of that. I did notice today that I woke up with a sore throat probably a cold of some sort so no biggie but just want to ask if anyone knows if its unsafe to take OTC cold medicines while on cycle? Sudafed or Tylenol pm? I haven't taken any yet cuz I wanna make sure it's okay first. No workout today as today I was on the road all day, planning on training arms on Sunday and gonna do a dead lift comp to see how many reps I can get with 1.5 x my bodyweight, that should be fun. Update day 41
6 days on tren

Weight: didn't get to weigh this morning

What's ups guys traveled to my parents house for the weekend and didn't bring my scale so didn't get to weigh in this morning, I'm back at my place now so I'll have a weight for tomorrow for my weekly weigh in and pics. Today was my sixth pin of tren and stuck it in my left delt and it was smooth as could be. This was the first ever injection in that delt so its hurting pretty bad right now due to the pip but nothing too serious. Still feeling no sides from the tren as of now which I'm hoping is a good thing as long as my gear is legit. No workout today but training arms tomorrow and expecting great strength gains. I'm noticing I'm looking a lot leaner these past two days especially my legs. I'm at 270 during the day and they still have nice lines in them. My abs also are getting leaner which I'm loving! I'm feeling fine and have nothing negative to say about either the test or tren. I'm hoping to weigh in around 265 tomorrow for my weekly weigh in and that would be a 5 pound gain for this week which is what I'm aiming for, around 2-6 pounds a week. Update day 42
Day 7 on tren

Weight 262.4
Up 1.4 from last Sunday

How's it going guys. Well as you can see I was a little dissapointed by my weigh in this morning. I was hoping for around 265 but only ended up at 262.4 for a weekly change of 1.4 pounds. If y'all remember my diet then you would think I would have no problem adding on weight but I am these past two weeks. I will be upping food this week and see how that works. As far as the tren goes I'm still experiencing no sides from it. Today I trained arms and it was a great and much needed workout after 2 days off from the gym. Supersetted bis and tris and the pump was incredible! Everything is going great with the cycle and as always no complaints yet. I'll post pics here in a min from early this morning. I've been around elite since 06 and I can say back in the day there woulda been so many more people thanking your for this. So on there behalf I just wanna say great cycle great log and great attitude. Your gains are mind blowing bro, that rebound you experienced was insane! - I'm glad u just decided to increase your cals because your weight has leveled a lil and I'm sure it will only beneficial to add another 300-500 cals. Otherwise you are doing an awesome job man and keep up the good! I wish you were lowering the test dosage and increasing the tren. Anyways.. keep goin man, your doing phenomenal!!

Thanks man that's what I'm looking for!! I'm doing this log for me yea but for mainly everyone else to look at and see the daily updates I'm posting to get an "idea" of what they can expect. I don't know how many times I googled for logs and would find some decent ones only to dissapoint me and end on day 11 or so or some that were just pointless so I made it a point of mine to start on up and complete it from start to finish as honest as could be! Yea bro I'm hoping the increased calories will help as it should because I have no problem eating right now, I'm putting down about roughly 5500 calories with 550c/400p/125f and still not gaining to steadily its crazy. Man I know my remind was totally mind blowing to me but it was very beneficial as I feel this is the leanest I have ever been at this weight. Heaviest I have ever gotten to was 280 but it was a sloppy 280 which I don't want to go back to again. For anyone curious this is what my diet has looked like. Plan on adjusting a little and adding in some more protein to start the weight gain again.

Meal 1:
10 egg whites
2 cups oatmeal
1/4 c raisins

Meal 2:
8oz chicken breast
2 c white rice

Meal 3:
8oz chicken breast
2 c white rice

Meal 4:
8oz chicken breast
2 c white rice

Intra workout:
50g carbs
5g glutamine
5g bcaa
5g creatine

Post workout:
50g carbs
1 scoop whey
5g glutamine
5g bcaa
5g creatine

Meal 5:
6oz 80/20 ground beef
1 c white rice

Meal 6:
2 cups oats
2 scoops casein
2 tb peanut butter
1 c blueberries

Totals: 5015 cal
675 carbs
370 protein
100 fat

Also would be good to see you replace some of that rice with some veggies man. I feel like your shits must be logs or maybe even rabbit pebbles lol. You need a bit more fiber in there. Ask your trainer or whoever he is if u can do that. Idk tho man, only you can "feel" how you feel and understand what your body needs. Only nitpicking I can do on your diet tho is the veggies and fiber stuff.... maybe ask about supps... multi, flax, the norm? Other than that, you got it down pretty good. Maybe have a steak everyonce in a while bro hahah

Funny you say that cuz I'm cooking me a steak right now lol. And as far as shits going nothing really out of the norm just the usual ol shits lol ill see about adding some veggies in that can't ever hurt. Yea I'm leaning towards upping my fat as it is pretty low for that many calories, probably will substitute the chicken with some salmon. Thanks for the reply bro that's what I'm looking for! That's a lot of food. I like how you are using white rice. I think that is a lot better when trying to bulk. I'd throw a couple servings of veggies in there, and get some fish as well.

Day 8

Up 2.8 from yesterday

Here's the log for today guys. I do have one new thing to update on today and its nothing I'm happy about. I happened to take my hat off today and had hair flying everywhere, take a glance inside my hat and its full of hair. Only thing I can think of is that the tren is now fully in my system and causing the hair loss, if you remember I said that it went away once I dropped the superdrol and now it's back. I'm looking at getting some of the n2shampoo to see how it does. Other than that I'm experiencing no other sides from the tren as of yet. Trained legs today and as expected my strength was up from last week, cranked out 405x10 on squats today and only got that for 6 last week so real happy about that. Legs were pumped and full from set 1 much like what I expected from superdrol. I am noticing that I'm looking leaner probably just because I'm getting drier due to the tren, also I'm more vascular as of today so loving everything I'm experiencing right now and its only the beginning of week 2! The only thing I'm waiting for is then weight gain, once that comes I'll he a happy camper! Diet was on point today like always, as it should be. Day 9 on tren

Not much to update on today guys. I'm noticing my weight shifting around day to day a lot more on tren then compared to anything else I'm not sure if this is due to the water manipulation that tren effects or what but not really worrying to much about it at this point. I experienced a little bit of night sweats for the first time last night I will say I don't think they were as full blown as some of the stories I've heard, I just noticed when I woke up that my legs and back were a little wet but not soaked or anything like that. Trained chest today and decided to throw some bi's in at the end and man I'll tell you the pump was crazy. This is definently compatible to the pump I felt while on superdrol and even when I'm not working out my arms and chest and legs just feel tight as hell. My vascularity has increased slightly in my arms shoulders and chest but nothing to dramatic yet. They have become a lot more visible but not protruding from the skin at this point. But hell I'm loving that there just showing everywhere seeing as I'm bulking and not worrying about that at this point. Strength was up from last weeks chest workout as well, I believe I have gone up in weight every week so far this cycle and that's what I'm looking for! Still haven't changed my diet yet I'm gonna run it the same for this week and see if I notice any visual changes and not go by the scale so much. Other than that guys I'm not experiencing any other sides that I can complain about at this point so that's always a good thing. I believe that's all for today guys. Sounds like trens startin to harden you up a bit. Your expelling a bit of water while gaining a lil muscle. The intense amount of androgens from the tren your body is being bombarded with is makin u dense, man I love tren. Don't be scared if u start losin weight or stayin steady for a while

Yea seems like it bro I'm loving it! That's what I've been reading with tren so like I said I'm just gonna go by the mirror not base it off the scale for the next couple weeks at least and see from there. Thanks for advice brotha!

Day 10 on tren

Hey guys here's the log for today. Day 10 with tren today and I'm loving it so far! The hardness of muscles that tren delivers is great and was very noticeable to me starting about day 7. Also the vascularity is great! I am noticing some pimples popping up here and there some on my chest and upper back and a couple on my face. I had pretty good acne all throughout my teenage years so one thing I can say is I'm surprised I haven't noticed any more pimples than I've gotten because this is nothing lol. Also I'm noticing the reduced cardio effect of tren and boy is it brutal, I go to class at a university and just doing a good 7-10 minute brisk walk between classes I'm getting out of breath so if you plan on doing cardio with tren I suggest taking sarms as I've been researching and they have the effect to calm the sides of tren. That's not really a concern for me at this point as I'm trying to gain as much mass as possible and doing no cardio at this point. Trained back today and it was great! Went up on everything and had an outstanding pump in my lats from the first set of pull ups. Was able to pull 505 for 10 today on rack deads and last week was only able to get 465 for 7, so that should give y'all a pretty good idea of how my strength has been shooting up and its only day 10! Appetite is through the roof and if you can imagine I'm still hungry even after eating what my diet is now (posted it a couple days ago on here). Sweating more than usual also in the gym and also outside the gym but still not experiencing any brutal tren night sweats, I did sweat a little two nights ago but nothing like I've heard so not too sure if it was caused by the tren or just that it was a little warmer than usual in the room. Day 11 on tren

Log for today is probably gonna be short and sweet guys, not much to update on today. One thing I am noticing with the tren is I'm starting to break out pretty good on my upper back/traps area and also my upper chest, a few here and there on my arms and face but nothing to bad there. That surprises me because when I was a teen I would always break out bad on my face and never any where else and now with tren its the opposite. I started feeling hot all day today almost unbearable hot at times so thinking the night sweats could begin tonight so we'll see. Trained shoulders today and it was a great workout, was stronger than last week and am noticing my front and side delt and getting a lot more round than before, especially my side delt it is really starring to pop out! Traps also are getting nice and thick I'd say those were the first thing to grow for me when starting this cycle. Diet was spot on today so hoping for nice quality mass gains. Still not getting the weight gain I want but gonna let tren do its thing and see if it trims some fat and adds muscle at the same time so the "weight change" won't be there but I'll be gaining mass while losing fat. I'll post pics Sunday and y'all can be the judge and see how they compare to the pics from 2 weeks ago. I feel personally I'm a little leaner but bigger and fuller, so we'll see what y'all think. So far nothing has been unbearable, no problems sleep or anything like that I always get a good quality 6-7 hours of sleep mon-Fri and around 8-10 hours sat and sun so enjoying that. Well guys I believe that's all for today, I'll always post new measurements on Sunday and y'all can see how those compare to whenever the last time I posted measurements was, I believe it was 3 weeks ago but I'll go back and check, anyways thanks for following and feel free to comment back, ask questions, critique or do whatever guys. Quick question on your diet- when you say 2 cups of oats is that cooked? Cause I can't imagine someone taking 2 cups of dry oats and then cooking and eating it, I'm pretty sure the sheer volume of that much oats is bigger than the human stomach.
 
Bro I can't believe you're already 265! That's So much weight to put on In such a short of time! I love the quality your putting into this log, quite possibly the best log I've seen so far :-) I bet those night sweats are gonna start pourin in soon! Keep up on that water intake bro.

I kno man it's crazy! Thanks man that's one thing I was going to make sure and do this log, wanted it to be as detailed as possible so everyone could benefit from this. I had my days of going to find logs so I could gain some knowledge off them but to be honest they all either lasted 2 weeks maybe before they quit logging, or didn't put much time into them. That's what I'm thinking to, i didn't have them last night so maybe here soon I'm burning up during the day tho! Thanks for following bro!

No bro it's 2 cups of dry oats. I honestly have no problem putting 2 cups down along with some eggs and coffee in the morning. Maybe it's just my stomach who knows but it woes for me. Thanks for following brotha and stay tuned! Appreciate it!

Day 12 on tren

Hey guys, logs a little later than usual tonight sorry about that, but better late than never. Today weight was up to 266 so that's a plus and hopefully Sunday I'll be around 265 for my weekly weigh in. Today I trained arms and it was a great workout, pump was I have to say the best it has ever been for me, surprisingly it was better than the pumps from superdrol. I hope they stay like this from now on, if so this will definently be my favorite! Strength was up today and that's almost expected now, as I believe every workout I have gone up in strength from the previous week. Still the same sides, a little acne on my upper back/trap and chest, feeling extremely hot during the day but no night sweats as of yet, decreased cardio that's for sure lol I'm talking getting winded from walking briskly for about 5-10 min and that's no joke, and a little hair thinning here and there seems to come and go not sure why but other than that nothing to extreme but it is only day 12. I'll be posting some new measurements and pics along with my weekly weight change and any changes to my diet on Sunday so stay tuned for that guys. I think thats all to update on for today guys. Day 13 on tren

What's up guys, I'm hoping tomorrow I'll be around 265, I wanted that last weekend but didn't happen so hope tomorrow it will! Still no harsh sides to update on at this point. No night sweats or gyno anything like that. I am having a little body acne, get out of breath quickly, feel hot and sweat all day. No night sweats or insomnia yet either. Pumps are great that's for sure, supposed to be my off day but couldn't take it and went and trained some chest and it was great! Did more off a "squeeze" workout today with a lot of incline work to really hammer the upper chest. Diet was good today had some pancakes with my eggs this morning instead of oats but other than that it was all according to the diet plan. Might go train some back tomorrow who knows lol. Still have some deca so not sure if I should implement it into this cycle or not, I could run 6 weeks of the tren then finish off with 10 weeks of deca but thinking that might be too harsh for me, I'll let y'all know after I talk with my coach what we decide. (personally I like tren more than.deca too) but I am by no means a expert kt coach so obviously follow his guidelines but just something to think about seeing as sides are not too much for you so far.

I was also thinking that also bro! I think I might run tren longer because I simply love tren! I'm think 10 maybe, maybe 12 weeks if I feel up to it but that's pretty harsh with tren. Did you have better gains when you ran tren at 550 a week vs 300 a week? Let me know bro and thanks for following, that's what I want to hear! Appreciate it man!

gains were better at 550 vs 300 but by no means double. but definitely a very noticeable increase. side were the exact same from dosage and duration. went 700 for 2 weeks and hit a diminishing effect point there I'd say. sides became worse mainly lethargy killed me. but I'm 215 12-13% so you may be much better suited for it.

I've used deca and npp and they work no better than just increases test in all honesty. for me that is. like I couldn't tell a diff between 500test 400npp and 800 test alone. seriously felt exact same. where as I ALWAYS NOTICE tren. god I love tren. I hope tren is single because I'm thinking of trying to settle done with her.

also I'm 5'11 @ 215 so you are a much bigger boy than I am so 700 may be warranted for you were it was not for me.

the biggest effects I got from running a higher dose of tren was strength gains increase as dose increases like clockwork. I know that seems like a retarded statement, but for example with superdrol when you increase from 20mg to to 30mg a day strength may go up a bit. but when increasing tren strength shoots up and will continue to do so will no real cap. more tren more strength really no matter what. I know that not really tour big concern but more strength and heavier lifts have the side effect if increasing hypertrophy, and definitely did for me.

also the vascularity you experience is fucking unreal. my buddy who's 5'9. 205ish and in the ballpark of 7 or 8 percent likes to remind me to look at the straitions ok his straitions lol. and the pumps.are amazing, like a fucking magic trick.amazing.

you seem ti just getting.bigger leaner and stronger the more tren you run. even though your scale weight does not increase like the mirror and friends would.guess. basically you'll look bigger and better without huge scale weight jumps (as I think you're starting to notice.) if you want a little more weight and a nice little jump in size you can increase your test dose. always works like charm for me. although sides can increase. they do for me but only estrogen related ones, and I am really only talking about gyno and honestly it's because I have gyno I got a few years back due to having low t (I'm trt btw) but if I go from 150mg test and 400 tren to 375 test and 400. tren I'll put on a quick 4-7 pounds in 2 weeks. so if you get a little discouraged by scale weight slowing you can try that. o and changing my test dose from 150 to 375 makes my weight jump much more than staying at 150 test and young tren to 550 from 400.

I know it's a lot of random info, that may or may not apply just thought I'd share some first hand experience, since in getting so much from you log. look forward tongue weeks to come and.continue with the pic updates as well

Wow bro that's awesome info! Totally helps out a lot! That's what I'm looking for by doing this log! I still haven't made up my mind yet but I will soon! I know I want to run tren longer the thing is I have deca on hand but if I do the tren I'll have to purchase some more lol. I have my source just don't wanna pay for it, but more than likely I'll run the tren longer. What's up guys, today marks my weekly weigh in and as I stated I'm up 3.6 from last week which is what I was hoping for and finally got there. I posted pics and measurements earlier today so please feel free to critique them. I feel great guys and have no regrets or complaints so far. Still no night sweats or loss of libido or anything like that, only experiencing extreme sweating during the day, feeling hot all day, pumps all day in arms back chest, acne on back and chest and a little on my face, strength gains each week, feeling tighter and looking leaner tho I'm gaining weight, far greater vascularity ad well. Went and trained some back and shoulders today and it was great as always! Did more of a lighter workout and squeezed everything since I trained them both heavy and hard earlier in the week. Did mainly side delt work today for shoulders along with traps. One thing I will say is that my traps are blowing up and very thick now, I've said earlier that ive never had traps so this was very easy to notice. I think I've decided I'm going to run the tren for a total of 6 weeks and run deca for 12 weeks. The whole cycle will be 20 weeks long so I will be over lapping the tren and deca for 2 weeks. The reason I am doing this is because the first time I ran deca I'm thinking I had bunk gear because I experienced nothing from it, no weight change, strength gain, added water or anything, so I'm doing this because I know my gear is legit this time through to see how my body responds to deca vs tren, and it will allow me to know what to run in the future depending my goals. Also it will provide people with the info on how its affecting me as I will be logging daily. After the 20 weeker I will sit down with my coach and go over how I look and decide if I'm ready to do an NPC show yet or if we need to add more size. Day 15 on tren

Heaviest I've been all cycle this a.m. guys we'll see if it holds all the way to next this weekend when I weigh in a little later, remember that's part of the reason I weigh more during the week vs the weekend because I weigh at 4 am during the week and around 10 am on weekends. I will say I'm noticing a little bit of joint pain in my hands, shoulders and knees. I believe its from the adex dosage as I am running 1mg EOD which is the highest I've ever ran it. I am having no symptoms of gyno and never have so I'm thinking I'll lower the dose just a tad. I am taking fish oils 8g a day so I'm covered on that part as I known that helps out with joint pain. I'm also thinking it could be due to me taking tren as it is trying me out a little and causing less water around my joints. I posted the cycle and what I'm planning on doing with deca yesterday so take a look at that if you haven't already and let me know what y'all think. Today was a great day, trained legs today and it was a hell of a workout. Legs were most vascular they have ever been, even during my preps. I've always been able to see my veins in my legs but they have never actually protruded from the skin like they were today, it was crazy! I'm sweating like a mad man all day everyday, but surprisingly no night sweats, or if I am having any they aren't bad enough to tell so that's good. I'm hoping I can continue to can around 2-4 pounds a week throughout this cycle as it will be a total of 20 weeks and will be ending the end of February. Still no other sides other than the ones I've stated in earlier posts so nothing new to update on there guys. I would continue to run the tren for as long as you continue to make side effect free gains. And leave the deca out since tren trumps it anyways in my opinion. Anavar always aids with my joints and so does EQ, I just am not a big personal fan of deca, maybe consider NPP I found it to be much nicer , just throwing random ideas out there, keep on with the updates it's inspiring to see constant growth and log details. I read this everyday .

Thanks bro I'm glad you're following, that's what I want and the reason I'm doing it! I'm talking vit c as well I take 3g in the a.m. and 3g in the p.m. before bed as well. I'll look into l-lysine thanks for that. Man I'm torn between what to do, I want to run tren longer but the thing is I already have deca on hand and I only have enough tren for 6 weeks. I could get more I just want to run deca one more time to see how my body reacts to it because I believe I had bunk deca the first time I tried it. Once I run it this time I'll know for sure if I need to avoid it and just stick to tren or if my body takes it well. Hey guys log for today is probably going to be short and sweet, not much to update on today. Today I trained chest and threw a little arms in at the end and the pumps I'm getting are brutal, especially in my arms, there to the point where I can only do like 4-5 reps without having to stop and stretch them real quick then hit it again. Chest was a great workout, went up in lifts from last week so strength is definently increasing greatly! Upper chest is actually starting to feel in and look nice and full. I will say the first things I saw take shape would be my traps, shoulders (more roundness) and upper chest. Appetite has gone through the rood lately and I'm still hungry after every meal, I'm waking up in the middle of the night starving sometimes, thats how bad it is. Still no signs to report of yet, other than a little body acne and shortness of breath. Tomorrow I'll be on the road for about 7 hours heading back home for Thanksgiving. I'm excited to see how tren will do with me eating some good food for Thanksgiving, I'm expecting a couple pounds but nothing too drastic so we shall see. That's about it for today guys, like I said not much to update on at this point. If you would, reply back and give me some critique or whatever you feel necessary, thanks for following guys. Hey guys, sorry this ones a little later than usual but its still here. I actually just got done playing some flag football for about four hours, and man it was brutal. I had to catch my breath after every play, and if I'd try and jolt off and sprint, my calves and quads would start cramping badly so needless to say that didn't go to well. I'm sure I'll be down a little in weight tomorrow from that but we shall see. Other than that today was a great day with nothing to complain about, no new sides or anything like that. I will say the pimples I'm getting on my upper back/trap area are getting pretty bad now and its not the usual pimples with a white head that you can pop there just a bunch of red dots that just bleed so kinda odd. Face is still okay a little bit here and there but nothing to fret about. Didn't train today but I'm going tomorrow morning bright and early in the a.m. to train back and bi's and then Friday I'll train some shoulders and tri's. Appetite was still through the roof today and has been for the past couple days, so its a good thing Thanksgiving is tomorrow so I can indulge on some good eating and plenty of it! Day 18 on tren

Weight: no weight this a.m.

How's it going guys. Sorry I'm out of town for the week and I didn't bring my scale so I don't have a daily weigh in, but I'll be back on Sunday so I'll have a weight for my weekly one because really that's the only one that I base anything off of really. Last night I experienced a little bit a night sweats, nothing to major but they were the worst I've experienced all cycle. I'll see how tonight goes and see if I continue to get them from here on out. Trained back and bi's today since I didn't get a chance to train back yesterday and it was a great workout. By the time I finishes back it felt like I had already done bi's because of how pumped they wore, so training them was a little tough as they would cramp about every 4-5 reps. Ate Thanksgiving food all day today and plenty of it so I guess its a good thing that I didn't bring my scale so I wont know how much I weigh tomorrow after eating all that food today lol. No other side effects other than acne flaring up on my back no where else really, little on my chest but nothing bad. Pins are all going good no tren cough or bad pip or anything like that so that's great. Going up to the mountain this weekend to do a little skiing and snowboarding so we'll see how that goes lol. My traps and shoulders looked freaking massive today, today I honestly looked in the mirror and just felt I had that "look" that I've been hoping I'll get and its amazing. My upper chest is really coming to. I've heard and read that your traps, shoulders and upper chest are usually the first to grow because they have the most "androgen receptors" but never really knew if that was true or not but I'll tell ya if its not then idk because those are the first spots I'm noticing that are adding size and shape quick. Day 19 on tren

Weight: no weight this a.m.

Here's the log for today guys. I didn't have a weight this morning and won't until Sunday when I get back home. When I woke up this morning I was the most vascular I have ever been it was crazy, had even a couple coming up from my waist. I'm assuming it was from all the food yesterday for Thanksgiving, I also was a lot fuller and harder and seemed to have an amazing pump all day and I didn't even work out today, it was nice! I'm thinking I gained a couple pounds but who knows it is probably just water from the added food but we'll see on Sunday. I'm noticing some more acne on my back and a few on my face but nothing terrible, this is the worst they've been all cycle but nothing to the extreme. I'm going snowboarding tomorrow so planning on having some fun tomorrow guys, I'll update how that goes. Still no problems sleeping or anything like that alls going good so far and I'm loving what I'm seeing. That's about all for today guys, I'll be back tomorrow with my update. Day 20 on tren

Weight: no weight this a.m.

What's up guys, day 20 on tren. I'll have a weight tomorrow a.m. for my weekly weigh in cuz I'll be back home. Today was a good day, went snowboarding and it actually wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I figured I would be out of breath like crazy but not at all. I will say I was sweating like crazy though, I was out there snowboarding in a T-shirt cuz I was so hot. Looking nice and full right now so pics should be pretty good for tomorrow, I'll be posting those as well. Still no problems sleeping or anything like that. I've been dying to hit the gym and its only been two days! I'll be there tomorrow though to smash some arms and shoulders. Still way more vascular than usual so I can say that tren has nice way of bringing veins out. I can't wait to try tren when cutting I feel that's when it will really shine, especially in a caloric deficit. No regrets so far I'm loving every bit of it and I'll be starting the deca next week and be running it for a total of 12 to finish off this cycle. Then run a nice pct then analyze where I'm at, if I need more mass then I'll run another bulking cycle if not I'll take a look at the NPC schedule and pick a show and run a pre contest cycle. I'm thinking I'm sitting in the upper 260's right now if not 270 so we'll find out tomorrow. Last week I was 266.0 so 2-4 pounds a week is what I'm shooting for. That's about it for today guys, I'll be back tomorrow with pics and a weekly weigh in, probably wont take measurements since I just did last week so they won't be much different, I'll take some new ones in a week or two. What's up guys. As you can see I gained 2.2 this week, and I was actually expecting to gain more than that being it was Thanksgiving and all that but I'll take it! I feel great and am having no sleeping or libido issues at this point. I will say my back is flaring up pretty good with pimples now but like I said earlier there just a bunch of small red dots so not to noticeable unless your up close. I already take two showers a day but I might throw in a third one to see if that helps. Went to the gym today and it was great. Did a little chest and arms and I can definently say that my chest has grown a good amount so far. My chest has always been my week area as far as development but now its blowing up. Looks nice full and round. Also vascularity is awesome at this point! Noticing it in my arms, shoulders, chest and legs even had a couple coming up from my waist. Really loving the progress this far and I'm hoping my weigh in next week will put me in the 270's. Going to throw in the deca next Monday and run that for the remaining 12 weeks of this cycle, so I'm anxious for that. Today marks the start of week 9 guys and I'm loving it! Trained some legs today as I always do on Mondays and it was a hell of a workout to say the least. Jumped on squats first thing and strength is still shooting up week to week which I'm loving! Pumps were insane today and had veins coming out of my legs during the whole workout! That's great and I can deffinently say the tren is doing its job because veins for me at 270 is pretty damn good, especially coming out of my legs. As much as I'm loving growing with tren I'm already ready to get shredded with it lol. Now that won't be for a while, could be March at the earliest if me and my coach feel I'm ready for the NPC level. Acne is the only bad thing I have to say at this point. Only on my back and chest, none on my face so that's good at least. This marks the start of week 4 on tren and no complaints yet, no problems with sleeping or libido or anything like that. So with that being said I took my first dose of deca yesterday along with my test and tren. I will be splitting the dose up in 2 shot a week each consisting of 200mg on Monday and Thursday. I will only be running the tren and deca together for 3 weeks because that's how much longer I have left of tren. I'm hoping the sides from running both 19-nor wont be too bad but if they are I have both prami, caber and letro on hand. I'm hoping for some massive gains with this especially from the deca these next 12 weeks so stay along for the ride. As of today I trained some chest and it was a hell of a workout. Did about 8 exercise and 3-4 sets of each, so a ton of volume but I just felt like I could keep going and going it was great. Strength was up as expected that's the most exciting part. Acne is the only bad thing about this cycle so far, all on my back and chest with a couple on my face. Losing weight these past couple days so hoping the deca will help bring that back up. Thanks bro. Night sweats are pretty much non existent at this point nothing to complain about there. I sweat my ass of during the day though and when training but nothing at night, if you saw how much I sweat during the day you would think I would have some night sweats but nope. No problems mentally either, I find I may get a little agitated easier but I'm still able to control it not outbreaks yet. Ill look into that b5 bro thanks, it's weird cuz when I was a teen I broke out pretty bad on my face and never on my body without gear so you would think it would be the same when I hopped on gear but nope it was the opposite, hardly ever break out on my face and it all goes to my back and chest.

How's everyone doing, here's the log for today guys. Weights up a little this morning, I'm hoping for 270 this weekend or next. Feeling great right now, night sweats are at bay so far with the tren and were on week 3. Acne on my back and chest, little on my face, cardio is not possible at this point lol getting out of breath from a 5-10 minute brisk walk. Sweating like crazy all day and its December! Workouts are crazy at this point, strength seems to be going up every week on pretty much every lift. Pumps are great. Trained back today and pulled 495 for 10 and that's a new PR. I'm definently growing at this point as I'm getting some stretch marks all over, on my lats, chest and arms. Nothing really from the deca at this point but it is only day 3 so I will keep y'all updated on that for sure, I'll be pinning another 200mg tomorrow to wrap up my weekly dose of 400mg. If theres any questions or concerns y'all have feel free to ask them or tell me, I'm all for criticism because I don't know everything in the world and I'm sure there's plenty more knowledgeable people reading this. Hey fellas heres the log for today. Some how managed to shoot up to 269 this morning so looking like my goal of 270 this Sunday weigh in might be possible. Had a great day today, trained shoulders hard and heavy as always and weight was up as usual. Was able to set a new PR on military DB press with the 110's for 8 and then 7 so pretty happy about that. Shoulders have always been a problem area for me as far as feeling the muscle working while I'm training them but I'm really trying to focus and squeeze and it looks like its paying off nicely. Delts are beginning to get that 3D look to them and are rounding out real nicely along with my traps growing like a weed. Gonna train arms tomorrow so I'm pumped for that. Planning on switching my training up a little over Christmas break and gonna train body parts twice a week to see if I can gain an edge over just training everything once a week so I'll let y'all know how that goes for sure. Getting ready to pin my second injection of deca here shortly to wrap up my 400mg dose for this first week. Feeling great and no complaints. Really feel like I'm still getting tighter due to the tren. Still vascular all along my arms, shoulders, chest and legs and I'm loving that especially being at 265+. No problems sleeping or libido issues at this point. Little bit of hair thinning here and there but nothing to fret about at this point, expecting it to subside once I drop the tren. Hey fellas heres the log for today. Some how managed to shoot up to 269 this morning so looking like my goal of 270 this Sunday weigh in might be possible. Had a great day today, trained shoulders hard and heavy as always and weight was up as usual. Was able to set a new PR on military DB press with the 110's for 8 and then 7 so pretty happy about that. Shoulders have always been a problem area for me as far as feeling the muscle working while I'm training them but I'm really trying to focus and squeeze and it looks like its paying off nicely. Delts are beginning to get that 3D look to them and are rounding out real nicely along with my traps growing like a weed. Gonna train arms tomorrow so I'm pumped for that. That's still great dude and 210 and 5'10 is damn good! Yea bro 5 pounds on any shoulder movement feels like a ton lol. Side laterals, military press, rear delts it doesn't matter it feels like a ton, idk if its cuz shoulders are a smaller muscle in general or what but its heavy. I was pumped pro I was stuck at 100's forever and finally broke that. Keep grinding bro, I'm the impatient person in the world when it comes to this, just remember it'll happen with time. Hit 270 this morning guys but I'm thinking it will be less tomorrow and for my weekly weigh in on Sunday since I'll be weighing about 6 hours later but we shall see. Starting to break out a little on my arms now, both my bi's and tri's and a little on my forearms. By far the worst I've ever broken out while on cycle. Still very minimal on my face tho so pleased about that. Picked up some vitamin B5 today to see if that helps any. Trained arms today and it was great. Arms are already feeling it right now and its hard to straighten out my arms already. Had a guy come talk to me today while I was working out and he was noticing how much bigger and rounder I've gotten and asking if I compete and what not, so I'm definently loving the changes I'm making. Can't wait for the effects of the deca to show and see how comparable they are to the tren. Still no other side effects other than the acne and the "gasping for air" effect along with sweating all day. Will take pics this Sunday and I'll post them on tinypic so everyone will be able to view them, I wasn't aware everyone couldn't see them so I'm sorry about that guys. That's about it for today. Hey guys how's it going. As you can see I was back at 265 this morning and I knew that was going to happen. I weigh at 4 a.m. every morning mon-fri and on the weekends I weigh around 10a.m. as I get to sleep in a little. When I weigh during the weekdays I'm a little heavier due to still having some water in me and some food due to not sleeping very long since I last ate. So my weight during the weekends is closer to my "true weight" since I've been asleep for about 10-12 hours. Just wondering if anyone else's weight fluctuates this much when waking up earlier vs. later? Had a good day today, didn't do any training today but i plan to hit it tomorrow might train some chest and back for the second time this week. 2 more weeks of tren this Monday so gonna make the best of it. Then I have 9 weeks left I believe of test and deca. After that I'll sit down with my coach and discuss if I'm ready for a high level NPC show and if not then we'll do another bulking cycle. I'll be taking pics tomorrow and possibly some measurements and I'll be sure to post them on tinypic and provide the link for you guys. Still no other side effects to speak of at this point. Yeah man I fluctuate 10 lbs a day at times from like 200-210. It has a lot to do with the added gear. When I'm off cycle I hardly fluctuate

True that makes sense. I'm thinking of just weighing on the weekends and not on the weekdays so that way my weight update will be more linear rather than high during the weekdays and low during the weekends. Thanks for your reply bro!

What's up guys. Today marks the end of week 9 of my cycle and as you can see I'm down about 2 pounds from last Sunday. Not sure if this is due to the tren or what but I'm changing my meals up a little and gonna add more beef and less chicken this week to see if I can get some gaining going again. Deffinently haven't lost any size so no issue there. Took pics today but I'm having trouble posting them on tinypic, it gives me an error message and tells me to check back later whenever I upload them so I'll try again tomorrow. Trained some chest and back today did only 12 sets for each and had am amazing pump. I'm definently growing because I'm getting new stretch marks practically after every workout, majority of them being on my chest lats and arms. Might start adding some cheats into my diet as well to see if that will help the gains, currently I'm having one every about 2-3 weeks if that. Still feeling great got 2 more weeks of tren the its test and deca to ride out the rest of the cycle. Just wondering what everyone's thoughts on insulin are? I know people say you shouldn't use unless you are planning to turn pro and things like that which I completely agree with but just how much of a benefit would it be to add it to this cycle or any cycle for that matter? If never had a run with it but I've always been curious. If y'all would get back at me that'd be great. Thanks for following guys. I'll be back tomorrow.

Here's the log for today guys, probably will be pretty short but I've said that before and it ended up being long so we'll see lol. Today I started my working out twice a day, once in the a.m. and then again in the p.m. In the morning I'll be doing more of a superset and drop set workout and in the afternoon be doing the hard and heavy type of workout so really the best of both worlds. Trained shoulders and bi's this morning and some legs this evening. Great workouts legs was insane my lifts went up on everything and we have this one leg leg press machine and I was pumping out 8 plates each leg for my last set, I was deffinently a new PR. Really feeling tighter and fuller these past couple days, its seeming like now no matter how much I eat my weight won't budge. Had my normal diet today and then added some pizza in for dinner so we'll see if that does anything. Still no other side effects other than the ones I have mentioned before so I'm loving that. Officially 11 weeks left of this cycle so almost half way through so hoping I can get some more decent weight gain by the time this is over especially once the DECA kicks in. Took my 3rd jab of deca today and it was nice and smooth no problems there. I will say deca has given me the worst pip but nothing I can't stand. I'm really getting into that contest fever and want to do one so we'll see where I stand at the end of this cycle. I'm in now way ready to use it now as I'm still making gains without it, just kinda curious ya know, I like to learn about everything as much as possible. Hey guys, just got a message from someone on here saying that the reason my pictures aren't uploading is because of the web browser I'm using. So I'm downloading another one as we speak right now and I'll try them again right once it gets downloaded, sorry about the delay guys I'm trying here. As far as today went it was wonderful. Trained back this morning with lots of supersets, giant sets, drop sets you name it. Then this afternoon I trained chest hard and heavy. Really happy with the progress my chest has made this cycle, I definently feel my upper chest has grown and filled out dramatically and it has not only gotten fuller but also wider it seems. Went up in either reps or weight on everything today except for cable crossover where I don't really go to heavy just worry about squeezing. Felt a little different today almost as if I couldn't focus on anything and I always seemed to out of breath just sitting down noticed my heart was racing a little as well. This feeling seemed to come and go really don't know what to think of it at this point, gonna see if it continues and then I'll go from there. Really loving everything at this point that's for sure. Only sides still are pimples on my back, chest and arms which seems to have lessened a little over then days due to me showering 2-3 times daily and using a back scrubber to reach my whole back, hair loss isn't very prominent at this point so I'm liking that, sweating all the time and its the middle of December lol. Other than those everything has been great and right up to par. That's about all for today guys. Please comment back with your replies I'd appreciate it! Hey fellas how's it going. Not much to update on today so I apologize if this ones kinda short. Trained back this afternoon, no morning training today, and it was a great workout as always. Did more rows than pulldowns to really focus on the middle of my back to try and add some more thickness to it. Really hoping I can hit 270 this weekend but its not looking too promising at this point so we'll see. Still have 10 and half more weeks of this so were almost halfway through and I've gained around 40+ pounds. I don't expect the second half of this cycle to be anywhere near that but wanna be around 280 at least after this one. I'm gonna take some new measurements this weekend and see what's growing and what's not, right now I really feel like everything is, especially my arms. I'm noticing that their stretching out some shirts that they didn't used to in the past so that's definently a good thing. Plan on training chest and tris in the a.m. tomorrow them hitting some shoulders hard and heavy in the p.m. Still feeling tight and hard and still have veins coming out in my arms and legs, little in my chest and shoulders. What's up guys. Great day today, trained chest this a.m. and some shoulders this p.m. Really loving the way everything is looking at this point! The veins are crazy right now and its weird because there not protruding from the skin at this point you can just see them all beneath my skin almost as if my skin is see through. My arms and tris are defenently were there the best at, you can look at my arms and see nothing but blue lines all over. Back to my shoulder workout today, felt really strong throughout everything, did two more reps on db press and heavier weight on side laterals. I can really tell they are rounding out more than the ever have before and my traps are really growing at this point. Got arms tomorrow and thats one of my favorite days, so I'm always pumped for Fridays. When I'm trying I always feel like I can do more, even after have a brutal workout with 20-30 sets I just catch my breath and feel strong like I could keep going, its crazy. Had some pancakes and eggs for dinner tonight so some perfect bulking food right there, all other meals were the same as listed. Still having no regrets at this point, everything is going great and planned just trying to force food down at this point to try and gain some weight. Hey guys, how's it going. Today was a good day, trained some legs today and we did tons of volume with drops sets, giant sets, anything you name it we did it. Plan on training arms tomorrow for a brutal work out, really trying to push these arms to 20's! Of course I want bigger but that's just a short term goal right now. This will be my last week of tren, I'm anxious to see how my body and vascularity changes once I drop it. The rest of the cycle will be deca and test. This marks the end of my second week of deca so really waiting for the gains to come around week 4 or so. No other sides this point either, I'll be updating for sure if any sides subside once I drop the tren. My chest is really growing and I'm loving it! It is way fuller and rounder than ever before and I can really tell its growing wider as well. Diet was as usual today, didn't stray from it at all so that's good. Still wondering about insulin so if any of you guys reading this know anything about it maybe you'll chime in. That's about all for today bro's not much of anything different for today. Hey guys what's up, almost end of week 10 here of my cycle, so almost to the halfway point. Hoping I can hold at 268 for my weigh in tomorrow and that'll be a couple pounds up from last Sunday. Trained some arms today and as always it was killer. Went up and was able to curl the 70's on db curls for 8 clean reps on each arm, then went up on skull crushers as well. Really pleased with my strength gain at this point, wasn't expecting anywhere near this much strength and were only half way through! For some reason now matter how hard I train bi's or no matter what training style I use they are never sore the next day. They will sore, pumped and tight during and a couple hours after I train them but never the next day. I've never worried to much about it because they still grow like crazy and over power my tri's a little too much but just a little curious as to why that is. Gonna take an off day tomorrow and just stay at home, chill and eat, you can't beat that. Gotta take new pics tomorrow for my coach so I'll be posting those on either of those websites that I talked about, probably just whichever one works, and then I'll be putting the link up on here for you guys. Still no other sides other than the ones I talked about so that's great. Just running adex right now, no caber or prami and having no problems so I'm happy about that, I do have them on hand incase any sides to begin to show. Hey my guesstimate for your bf would be about 13.5-14%. Maybe a bit less depending on your body!

Also to grab more calories id recommend add an extra cheat meal a week man! Not much because your still having great progress!

What's up guys. Start of week 11 today, so I'm officially half way through this cycle. Weight was up a little this morning so I'm liking that. Trained shoulders and bi's this morning and then legs this afternoon. Strength was up big time on legs, they were rediculously pumped the whole workout as well. Got chest tomorrow, one of my favorite days of the week. I'm loving working out right now as it seems almost every week I'm setting new PR's so it makes it fun and a competition for me to better my self. I posted pics up yesterday so if you could would y'all take a look at them and tell me what y'all think, I'd love to hear it! And thankyou to those who already have! I have to say I thought I would get tired of pinning everyday with the tren ace but actually it hasn't been that bad at all, I just do it before getting in the shower and it almost becomes second nature, not that bad at all. Really looking forward to this prep as I already feel I've put on more size than I ever have had so really stoked to see what I'll look like come competition day. Still no problems what so ever with the tren and deca together right now. Only things would be a little acne on my back and chest, shortness of breath when performing any type of cardio and tons and tons of sweating during the day, surprisingly none at night though. That's about all guys, so like I said if y'all don't mind taking a look at those pics and just providing your input on them I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks for following and continue to. Hey guys, here's the log for today. Wonderful day today, trained back this morning and chest this afternoon. Chest went up big time on lifts idk if its the deca or just gaining strength still but I went up 30 pounds on incline BB press for the same amount of reps. I was so shocked lol but pumped at the same time. Thanks for the comments on the pics guys I appreciate it, I officially am on the downhill slope of this cycle as I have less than 10 weeks left. Really thinking I'll plan on doing a nice NPC show after this cycle, but like I've said I'll sit down with my coach and see what we decide. Going to train in the morning tomorrow then training back in the afternoon hard and heavy. Still no sides from combining the deca and tren and still only taking arimidex at this point. Hey fellas how's it going. Here's the log for today, it'll prolly be short and sweet. Today trained some chest this morning and back this evening. Went up in everything as always, was able to pull 565 for a good 7 reps on dead lifts. I'm starting to notice that my skin is a little oily, especiallg on my arms particularly from my elbow up, which would explain why I'm breaking out on my upper arms. Also a little bit of pimples on my upper back and chest here and there. Other than that no other sides that I'm experiencing as of now so thats great. This is my last week of tren so I'm excited to see the difference in gains for me between tren and deca. Plan on training arms in the morning tomorrow then shoulders in the evening. Sleep is still great, some nights I sweat a little more than others but I don't think its due to the tren because I'm generally hot all the time any way. Appetite is definently increasing these past couple days, not sure if its from the deca or just from working out twice a day now. What's up guys, as you can see I'm down from yesterday and quite a bit actually, not to sure why this is but we'll see how tomorrow plays out. Had a great day today trained arms this morning, did a lot of work with fat gripz and they felt great, freaking killed my arms, its a way different feeling than just grabbing the barbell it dumbell. Then trained shoulders this afternoon hard and heavy of course. Plan on hammering some legs tomorrow morning and might take the afternoon off and just give my body a rest. Still feeling great, only a couple days of tren left so trying to make the best of them. Then its 9 weeks of test and deca to finish this cycle up. No other sides that I can think of right now other than the ones I've mentioned. Appetite has gone up lately as I said then other day and today it was through then roof, felt like I could eat anything in sight. Hey guys, here's the log for today, Probably won't be to long. Trained some legs this morning and then took off this afternoon just for some rest time. Legs are already killing me right now, and one thing I'll say is that all cycle long the pumps have been amazing right from the first set, no matter what body part. Starting to get some more pimples here and there, mainly on my upper back and trap area. Little bit on my arms and face but nothing to bad. Skin is a little oily also. This whole week I have been sweating pretty good during my sleep, not sure if its due to the tren since its already about the 6th week and it's barely starting or just from the deca and tren combined. Even when I take a 2 or so hour nap during the day I'm sweating pretty good when I wake up. Really trying to push my weight up there but man its tough right now, had some pasta and chicken tonight instead of ground beef and rice so hopefully that helps. Plan on training some arms either tomorrow or Sunday just whenever I feel ready to hit it. I've been crazy sore these past couple weeks since I've been hitting it twice a day but hopefully it'll be worth it. Hey guys, tomorrow marks the final day on tren and I have been nothing less than amazed with it! As you can see I should finally hit 270 tomorrow for my weekly weigh in and I'm stoked about that. I'm loving the vascularity and hardness that tren has giving me and am anxious to see how much that changes with the upcoming weeks. Didn't train today took the day completely off, had to work from 1-6 but other than that just chilled, rested and ate. Tomorrow I plan to go train some arms hard and heavy! Still no other problems, everything is going fine and dandy with no complaints at all. Gonna have some banana pudding here in a little bit to finish off the day lol. Got 9 weeks left of this cycle I believe after tomorrow so hoping for mid 280's even 290 could be realistic so we'll see. Really looking forward to doing a show a cutting down. I have never used aas during a show prep I have always done that naturally with some OTC fat burners, yohimbine, diet and cardio so really looking forward to how much of a difference this contest prep will make with the use of aas. Up 3.0 from last Sunday

What's up guys, as you can see I'm up three pounds this Sunday from last Sunday and finally in the 270's so I'm pumped about that. Kinda sad as today was my last pin of tren but I know I'll be adding it in again for sure! As of right now it looks like I'm going to be running another bulking cycle after this one and pct of course. Then going to be shooting for a show in late fall early winter, possibly the Excalibur in California during December but nothing is set in stone yet. Took some new pics today and I'll be posting this if y'all would like, just let me know. No training today took an off day again so tomorrow I'll be training shoulders in the morning and legs in the afternoon. 9 more weeks left of this cycle, so hoping I can average at least 2 pounds a week for the remainder of this. Adding some more protein to my diet so right now I'm pushing 500 a day, hopefully that'll keep me gaining as you guys know its been tough for me the past couple weeks. Thats about it for today bro's. It sounds like your body won't grow anymore with those calories, have a weight gainer shake before bed. Up the cals and and carbs the the scale will keep moving. If your still doing two sessions a day... Man that's crazy, drop a session every other training day an see how that works. But I've been following great thread your an animal!
