Tendonitis halfway through cycle?

I'm about halfway through a test/tbol cycle and I have developed severe tendonitis in my right elbow, anyone know of any supplements that can help with this? (currently taking glucosamine, NSAIDs and ghrp6. Doc wants to give me a cortisone shot but I know they do more damage in the long run when it comes to tendons. This is really bugging me because I was trying to fix a muscular imbalance ( left arm is almost an inch bigger) and now my lagging arm is almost immobile. I have been taking it lightly in the gym but i feel like this is a waste of gear. Someone with experience please help!
 
tendonitis can become chronic if you continue to pound away.. you need to listen to your body and stop lifting atleast heavy for a while and let it heal.

your doctor is a douchebag for wanting to inject you with cortisone.. does he realize you lift or is he too stupid to know the damage a cort shot will do long term ESPECIALLY to a lifter?!!
 
Changing up your training to high reps/low weight can help give the joint a break and can actually lead to gains because the body has to adjust. I have had great success using Glucosamine/ Chondroitin in liquid form as well.
 
Alright thanks guys, Ill look into tb4, I've actually got some ostatine on the way that I ordered because of a discount :). I've switched up my training and have decided to take it very light in the gym, I tried to take some time off but while I'm ON it just seems like a waste and I get that urge to lift. Hopefully that ostarine will get here soon!

And yes I was very surprised that my doc recommended a cortisone shot considering he knows quite a lot about gear and knows what I'm currently on.
 
Alright thanks brother will do! I seem to be able to squat which will keep me sane, some light deadlifts for my back. Anybody try those "tendonitis" curls with light weight?
