OK coming back from Shadow's harem fantasy for a second, let's scope this. Shadow, I'd suggest shooting George an email to highlight some of the great energy & involvement on the ladies board. I will say that even though almost all of this activity is natural fitness related, EF is still a steroid board and I don't think anyone outside of that target market is going to get involved w/ activities associated w/ a steroid board in a commercial or reporting manner. It just brings up the same old BS about use of steroids and totally draws attention away from the really great and common sense health knowledge exchange going on here.

Also if you ever consider what you are posting on the internet even on a positive and I-got-your-back-girl place like the EF ladies board, you want to seriously make sure you have all over your privacy and internet distribution shit in order or you become part of the "public domain".
