tell me what you all think of this chest set

this is what i've started to do last week and i'm gonna continue this for a little while:

5 x 5 - decline chest with barbell - 185
5 x 5 - decline chest fly - 45
5 x 5 - flat bench chest fly - 45
5 x 5 - weighted dips - 45 + body weight (180)

this was a killer workout for me, just seeing what you all think, should i delete one of these add another?? let me know.

You dont have many mass building movements within that workout. What i would do is lower the overall sets to 3 and up the reps to failure. Drop decline flies, add incline bench, do dumbbell decline and flat bench chest. This will incorporate all areas of the pectorals and give you one hell of a workout since your going till failure.

3 x ? - incline bench press
3 x ? - decline chest with dumbbell
3 x ? - flat bench chest fly
3 x ? - weighted dips
 
i dropped the decline flys and added the flat bench, ok so i could barely get up 185....i said to myself "holy shit, that's the last time i wait till the end of my workout to do flat bench!" mistake on my part but i know that i feel it today...definitely a good workout, thanks.

25 sets for chest...hey didnt Arnold do about that much?

I do 1 sets for chest.
Im 230lbs 10%
