Tell me if my routine is gay

Hmm, HST seems like an interesting alternative to my routine, if I find myself not getting anywhere with my current routine in the next 3 weeks or so I may switch to this.

Any other opinions on HST?
 
seriously, this is the last time i ever ask anyone here for help.
we had fun with the gay talk and all, but i never thought that the regulars here could possibly be more ignorant about bodybuilding than me.

i say that i do a 5 day a week thing, isolating each muscle group everyday and i want to switch it to an hst type program and get some advice.

instead i get everyone telling me to stick with what i'm doing but telling it to me like it was brand new exciting news.
 
Dude, chill heh. That HST site has a board that specifically discusses that meathod. Besides, I've found there's a great magnitude of knowlege on this board, so I really don't know what you're talking about.

Well, I gave HST a ringing endorsement. Until you find a way to acquire Ronnie Coleman's genetics BTW, never train 5 days a week again.

I'm doing HST right now. And it seems I'm seeing gains better than some I see at my gym who are "on" and doing the routines just about everyone here recommends (volume).
