Tell me if my routine is gay

I'm starting an HST routine tomorrow and could use some criticism, seeing how this is my first real time trying this.

First 2 weeks are reps of 12, 10, 8. Second 2 weeks are 10, 8, 6, and the last 2 are 8, 6, 4

Monday
Incline DB press
Flat db flies
Military press
side lateral raises
upright rows
shrugs
tricep pushdowns

Tuesday
Squats
Deads
hamstring curls
seated rows
pulldown (maybe)
seated calves
cable curls

thursday and friday will be pretty much the same, respectively. The only difference will be front lateral raises rather than side, flat bench rather than incline db, etc.

i know to not go to failure, but i'm not sure how close to come to it, and i'm also not sure if my back will pussy out on the leg/back days, even though i'm used to somewhat high volume. if anyone has thoughts, let me know.

Hmm... I've not yet done enough research on the sexual orientation of various routines... nor am I aware that any such orientations exist....

if you had ever been a teenage boy, you would know that occasionally, gay is used to call things stupid. it sort of stuck, and now i use it without noticing when i'm in an informal situation. sorry for being unclear about this. gay does not really mean stupid in the traditional sense of the word.

i've been lifting for awhile and i basically a retard with it, i'm trying to switch it up.

i thought hst was mroe or less hitting muscle groups more than once a week and decrementing the rep range. i guarantee i'm wrong on this, so correct me. but, does anyone have any input on my routine being ineffective. or we can have a debate on homosexuality.
 
Anyone ever hear of the Adam Sandler skit where this guy plays audio tapes for people and then asked them if they were working out or having sex? Its kinda funny...

i reccomend the original hst program. 2 weeks of 15 reps, 2 weeks of 10, 2 weeks of 5, 2 weeks of negative
