This is sick. Unfortunately i've come across much worse all those years i worked in child welfare in Cook County but it was before i had kids and it didnt upset me as much as it does now.

Medium not max.

Max is 23 hr lockdown with one hour outside in a single cell.

Medium is open yard all day and cell doors are open all day in the GP. Med is SO much worse than max.

This was on the news here in OK so I'm sure all the cons in the female inst seen it as well as the ones in county.
